"Uhhh." A groan escaped Alessandra's lips as her eyes fluttered open. She kicked off the duvet, slipping out of the warm and comfy bed, her head pounding. It was midmorning, and the brunette still had a head that felt like an axe was planted in it. Her eyesight struggled to cope with the daylight as she slipped on a pair of Emmett's grey sweatpants under his blue shirt that he lent her last night.
With her brain still struggling to recover from the previous night's alcohol, Alessandra walked into the kitchen, looking through the cabinets to find some Advil or some type of medicine that would help. She sighed in relief as she found some and took the box out of the cabinet. Thank God Carlisle was a doctor. The brunette swallowed the tablets with water, sighing as the pain dimmed slightly. She then walked over to their fridge, looking for food to fry up — eggs, bacon, sausages, perfect for a hangover.
Collecting all the ingredients, Alessandra began to make them all, saving some for Bella. Once she was done, the brunette walked out of the house with two plates of food — one for herself and one for Bella. Freezing in her steps, Alessandra blinked as she saw wolves and the Cullens. The brunette just sighed and shook her head, so not bothered to put up with any shit. Walking over to where Bella was, the brunette gave her a plate of food, and as she thanked her, Alessandra sat atop the russet wolf next to her.
"Thanks," She said as she patted its head and began to use him as a chair. The brunette ate her food, watching with tired eyes as the others fought. Once she finished, she got off the wolf and walked back into the house, not bothered if she just walked straight through the area where the Cullens were fighting.
A yawn escaped her mouth as Alessandra entered the house, heading straight to the bedroom she was previously in after putting her plate on the kitchen Island. She wrapped the duvet around me as she snuggled into the mattress, breathing in the scent of Emmett and Rosalie mixed together.
"Alessandra? Are you still asleep?" The said girl nodded, half awake.
"I was," She said as she sat up a bit, facing Rosalie and Emmett. "What's wrong?" She yawned, sleepy. The two laughed.
"Nothing, we just wanted to know if you were still asleep. It's been ten hours since you fell asleep after having breakfast. Come down for dinner and then you can go to bed afterwards." Alessandra sighed but nonetheless, obliged and got out of the big and cosy bed. She wobbled slightly and was caught by Emmett.
"Esme made pasta. I hope you don't mind." The brunette shook her head as they descended the stairs, the human half asleep.
"Hi, guys," Alessandra greeted as she walked into the kitchen, where everyone was. After hearing multiple hey's and hi's, she sat down on the chair that matched the kitchen island and almost immediately, a plate of hot pasta was placed in front of her, smelling divine. A moan escaped her mouth as she bit into the drool-worthy pasta.
"How is it?" Asked a nervous Esme. Alessandra looked over and grinned.
"Amazing!" The brunette squealed as she began to eat more and more until there was nothing left on her plate, not even the sauce. The human heard the others chuckle and Esme looked really happy as she finished the plate and asked for more, not even a tiny bit full.
After three plates full of Esme's delcious pasta, Alessandra's stomach gave her a sign that she was full. A hiccup. So she finished the three pieces of pasta left on her plate before thanking Esme and placing the plate into the sink, washing it in over a few seconds, ignoring the protest of Esme.
"Thank you so much. That was an amazing meal, and for a vampire, that was heavenly." She laughed softly, bringing her into a motherly hug.
"It was my pleasure. You finally have given me an excuse to use the kitchen." The brunette laughed and walked up to the room after saying goodnight to everyone. Once she reached, she didn't see her two mates, but at that moment she didn't care. The brunette knew they were in the house somewhere; she could sense them plus, she was dead tired. She didn't know why though. It was like someone wanted her to sleep all day.
