Chapter 14: meeting new people

Me and Cole spent most of the day killing other people. We then found a beach. Yes! I ran jumping into the water and dunking my head in it. Ahh it felt so good! Cole sat on the beach and dipped his head in the water but sat in the sand messing with his knife and weapons. I ran up to him and sat beside him. He just stared at the sunset. "You ready for this?" "Yes!" Let's win this! Suddenly I saw someone from a distance. Cole instantly looked that way. "Hey!" Cole yelled running towards them. I followed a distance behind him not knowing what he was doing. The three people were 2 boys and a girl. The girl had dark short black hair with purple lipstick and a lot of piercings. I still didn't get how she had that on now because we've been in the wilderness for 2 full days now, this being the third. I also don't get how her piercings haven't gotten infected. The the boy I saw had brown messy hair with hazel eyes. And they other boy was a little older... He had grayish hair and brown eyes. They looked at me ready to kill me... They held up their knives looking at me about to kill me. "Stop no!" Cole said angrily. They looked at him curiously. "What you wanna kill her, go ahead!" The girl with black hair said. I looked at her angrily. "No, I'm not and none of you guys are either!" "Why?" They all whined. Wow that was offensive just literally begging for my death! "Because she is my girlfriend!" Cole said rubbing my back and smiling at me. He was blushing which made me happy... It was kinda cute! "Ohhh!" They all said. They put all their weapons back in the sand and stood up. They where making fun at Cole since he had a girlfriend. It was actually kinda funny though! Suddenly the boy with brown messy hair walked up to me. "Hey, I'm Antonio, nice to meet you." Ha Antonio funny name I thought to myself."Kelli, I said louder so everyone could here my name. The girl with piercings walked up to me to. "I'm Talia, just don't get in my way and I'm sure we will be fine!" She said shaking my hand firmly. And then the boy with grayish hair walked up to me. I'm Jordan, nice to meet you!" "Nice to meet you to!" "How bout we all work together from now on ok?" Cole said wrapping his arm around me. It was now drawing night and we all decided to stay on the beach since no body else was coming out there. Everyone else was now asleep after we killed some fish and ate and me and Cole were the only ones awake and Antonio who was on the other end watching for other opponents. "Hey I'll stay up.. You two go ahead and get some sleep!" "Ok, thanks," me and Cole both said! "Call for us if you see someone coming!" Will do. Me and Cole layed down on the sand. Cole rubbed my cheek with his thumb. He then smiled at me. Everything will be ok he said. He kissed me. I kissed him back again. He put his arm around me and I lay my head on his chest. "Good night!" "Night!" I said poking his nose. He smiled and we fell asleep. It was very early in the morning because I heard Antonio signaling us,"come on we gotta get off this beach and search to kill other opponents. I looked at Cole sleeping beside me. "Gotta wake up I whispered to him," he rubbed his eyes. Ok, he said getting up quickly. Wow he got up fast! We went inside the forest once again until we heard a blood curdling scream just ahead of us. This was not all cupcakes and rainbows and happiness like heaven... This was absolutely the opposite of heaven...how about a good word to describe this horrible experience. It was not heaven at all, but definitely a living world of HELL....
