(Krystianna's POV)
"So, what ya wanna eat?", Bryce asked me as we passed a few restaurants. I didn't even hesitate to answer because I knew exactly what I wanted. And, it started with a 'T'.
"Taco Bell. That sounds soo good right now." I responded, starting to get really hungry at the thought of Taco Bell. He agreed with me.
We passed a few more restaurants before finding T.B. We were the only car in the drive thru, so we went right up to the ordering thingy. We ordered five Beefy Crunch Burritos, three for Bryce, two for me. And, this time, Bryce paid, which I was more than happy to let him because quite frankly, I spent a lot of money today. It's a good thing I have a part time job.
It was silent for a while in the car as we ate. He broke the silence. "So...why don't you have a boyfriend? I mean, it's kinda weird how a really pretty girl like you, A.K.A, my future second best friend, is single. You literally have guys chasin' after you everyday, tryna get wit' you."
I sighed and looked away. "That's just it: they chase me because of my looks, not because they think I have a great personality or if they ACTUALLY like me for me. They don't see an intelligent, nice, fun to be around, artistic, and I can go on and on if I wanted to but I'm not, girl. All they see is a girl with a nice body and a pretty face...nothing more, nothing less...I just haven't found that guy, yet, I guess."
I pushed my lips to the side of my mouth. Bryce just stared at me. I was getting a little uncomfortable so I asked, "What about you? I'm pretty sure all the girls are dying to get with you."
He just shrugged his shoulders and said bluntly, "I don't really do the whole 'relationship' thing."
"Oh...", was all I could say. I noticed he had on cologne. It smelled really good. I think it was Axe. I turned to look at him while he was driving. His eyes, were fixed on the road ahead.
I loved his eyes. They were a type of blue mixed with a brown. They were a pretty good size for a guy. His jawline was defined, kind of in a strong, square, diamond shape. It was a pretty attractive jawline.
His deep dimples went great with it. They made his smile look more handsome. His lips were perfect. They weren't too big and they weren't too small. His eyebrows looked like God himself drew them on. His dark brown hair was just a little bit wavy at the top and shortly trimmed on the sides and back of his head.
I like his hair.
It went perfectly with his bad boy attitude. Everything went perfectly together. He was like a God...
Wait, what?! Krystianna, what are you doing?! You can't look at him like that!!
I didn't even notice how long I was staring because the next thing I know, I'm coming up the drive way to my house. Bryce got outta the car and went to go open the door for me. "You know, you don't have to keep doing that?" I smiled at him and got a smile from him in return. I love his smile.
I pulled out my house key to open the door once we got to it. I heard laughter, talking, and music. I unlocked the door and opened it, only to find my mom, dad, and a bunch of other adults dancing to music, laughing, and having a good time.
Did they really throw a party when I left?! Wow, mom and dad, real mature.
THAT'S why my mom was so thirsty for me to leave! I didn't even know my mom could dance like that! My mom was twerking with my dad behind her! That's just wrong on so many levels!
My innocent eyes!
"My innocent eyes!", I dramatically exclaimed. Everyone froze. I was shocked to see my parents behave in this way. All Bryce could do was laugh.
