Chapter Thirty Four

"What about this one?"  The sales attendant asked.  "No, that's too big for her room."  We were at a store just for baby furniture, but seemed to be out of luck.  "This o-"  "THAT ONE OVER THERE!"  I screamed as I ran across the store to a black crib with pink and purple sheets.  "We'll take it."  Niall said, as he pulled out some money from his pocket, and handed it to the man helping us out.  "All of it?  Dresser, crib, t-"  "Yes, all of it."  I think Niall was ready to go, because he wouldn't have made that decision so quickly otherwise.  "Ok, we'll have someone help you load it in your car."  The man practically ran to the back, probably ready to get rid of us.  A man helped Niall load the stuff into the car, but wouldn't let me help.  "Thanks!"  Niall waved at the guy as he walked back inside.  "Now, we just have to put everything together."  Lord, help us.

"No, that screw goes there.  No, there.  Right freaking there!"  Niall continued to shove the screw in random holes, but it didn't fit.  So far, we had put everything except for the crib together, and we were almost done with that.  "You know what, I give up trying to help you.  I need to go buy paint."  I said laughing, as I kissed his cheek, and grabbed my keys.  "Love you."  "Love you too, babe."  I was about to walk down the stairs that lead to the parking lot, when Kat screamed my name.  "Ash, where you going?"  I turned around, and sighed.  "I have to go get paint, would you like to come?"  "Sure!"  We walked to the car, and cranked up the radio.  "You don't know you're beautiful, that's what makes you beautiful!"  We sang horribly, at the top of our lungs.  "What color are you painting the nursery?"  I shrugged.  "Probably pink or purple to match the bedding."  We pulled into the paint store, and walked into the old, nasty little building.  A man directed us to the 'Bear' brand, and we selected a color that was just like the pink in the bedspread.  "We'll take three gallons of this please."  The same man mixed it, and took my money, before we carried the cans out to the car.  Kat's phone rang, and she pulled it out of her pocket.  "What do you want Har-WHAT?!  OH MY GOD WE'LL BE RIGHT THERE!"  She hung up, as we got in the car.  "Who was that?"  "GEORGIA IS HAVING HER BABY!  GO TO THE HOSPITAL!"  I screamed excitedly, as I threw the car into reverse and sped out of the parking lot.  We had been driving down the road for about 30 minutes, when Kat's phone rang.  "Hello?!"  She put it on speaker.  "Georgia just had the baby, w-"  "What, already?!  Dang, that baby must've been ready to come out."  Harry laughed quietly, probably so he wouldn't wake the baby up.  "We'll be there in like 10 minutes."  "Ok, bye."  We arrived at the hospital, and Kat practically jumped out of the car before I put it in park.  We ran to the front desk, and asked the lady what room she was in, and waited patiently for the elevator.  Well, Kat did...I on the other hand, pressed the button continuously until the doors finally opened.  Georgia's room was on the 15th floor, so it was a slow ride up there.  Once the doors finally opened, we ran down the hall until we reached four boys in the hallway.  Louis looked like he had been crying, while Liam, Niall, and Zayn were comforting him.  "Hey, everything ok?"  Louis shook his head.  "I-I can't go out with Georgia anymore.  Her baby needs it's real dad."  I gave Lou a hug, and whispered in his ear.  "That's ok.  There are plenty of other girls out there.  Like Sydney."  I winked, and walked in the hospital room with Kat.  Harry was standing next to Georgia's bed, holding the baby.  "She's so cute!  Definitely got her mom's looks..."  Harry opened his mouth to say something, but Georgia laughed.  "Thanks."  We spent a little more than 30 minutes holding the baby and talking about her, when we decided we should let Georgia sleep.  I grabbed Niall, and walked over to the nursery where Charolette was.  "Niall, look.  She's so peaceful."  She was sound asleep, on top of her pink blanket.  "Only a little while until she get's to come home."  He said, hugging me.  I reluctantly walked back to the car with everybody, but let Liam ride with Kat so I could spend time with Niall.  Once we were in the car, Zayn turned to me.  "So, you got the nursery finished yet?"  "Yeah, got all of the furniture put together.  Just have to paint before we move it in there."  I was so excited to finally get everything ready, and have my baby at home.  Only a few more days.  

Ok guys, I know it's not long, but I've been working on the second book with Charlie :) So I haven't had much time to write this, but the other book is coming along really well.  Will you all be reading it? :)  Thanks to all of my amazing fans, and hope you're all doing well!  <3
