Chapter 8: I heard you

It was the next day when Jungkook knocked on my bedroom door. It was a Saturday so everyone was resting. "Come in," I said as he opened the door with a crooked smile "What's wrong kookie?" I asked as he scratched the back of his neck "Thank you...for teaching me and protecting me" I smiled and nodded at him as he hugged me tightly. "I..love you, (Y\N)" he whispered as I raised an eyebrow "Did you say something?" He broke the hug and shook his head " I said let's go have breakfast together" He said as he stood up "Ah, right.." I said as we both walked towards the kitchen. I was sure he said something else but I guess not..
[Jungkook P.O.V]
What was I thinking?! She could have heard that and start to hate me! But...a part of me wishes she did. What am I thinking...she'll never love back that way I do. As a guy.. 
[Y\N P.O.V]
We walked towards the dining room and ate breakfast. It was just the two of us since the others weren't awake yet. He kept staring at me for some reason. I tilted my head at him as he looked away when he suddenly got up and walks next to me and...kisses me. I pulled back feeling shocked "Jungkook.." I said as he smiled softly "I'm sorry..I must be out of it.." He said as I bit my lip "I.." I said and groaned as I pulled him towards me as we kissed. He slowly kissed back as I could feel a smile forming on his face "Woah.." Someone said as I pushed Jungkook away "Jimin?" I asked feeling flustered "W-what are you doing up so early?" I asked as he chuckled "Don't worry, I didn't see anything. Although..since when were you guys a couple?" He asked while sitting on top of the counter with a grin. I looked at Jungkook who was completely red "Just now" I said as Jimin looked at me shocked "Wow, I must be the first to know then?" He asked happily as I scratched the back of my neck "Y-yeah" I said, "What's happening?" Yoongi asked as I flinched at his sudden arrival "We were just talking about how they're dating and that I caught them red-handed" Jimin said with a smirk as Yoongi blinked several times at us, not sure of what to say "I..see" He said as Jimin laughed "Ah, hyung. As awkward as ever huh?" Jimin said as the rest of the guys came down "You're dating?!" They shouted as I facepalmed "Ugh" I groaned as Jimin happily explained it to them. I didn't think that we were gonna be exposed like that as soon as we kissed. I looked at Jungkook as we made eye contact, he looked away blushing as I chuckled. How adorable.
