Chapter 5

**** I seriously apologize for the late update. Just a Heads up, My summer semester has already begun so I'm busy with that. The times I update will be wonky as always (my motivation is the key problem). And please excuse any mistake you find, for I sadly didn't revise.****

It had already been three weeks since Amber first moved into the Bighit dorms, and she managed to get along well with her new dorm mates BTS. They all had become fond of Amber, their youngest dorm mate, since she was so unique and enjoyable to be around. Amber, too, liked being around BTS and didn't feel out of place with them, it was as if F(x) never left her.

"Yo. Where are headed off to so early in the morning?" Taehyung questioned Amber upon seeing her packing her backpack and slipping on her shoes. "You're not going to have breakfast with us?"

"Yeah, not today. I have head over to SM and meet with my CEO."

"Ahhhh, I keep forgetting you're not contracted with BigHit. Boooo." Taehyung whined. "I'll let Jin Hyung know that you left already."

"Thanks, Taehyung. I'll be going."

Amber walked out the door and softly closed it behind her. Her manager oppa was waiting for her with his black car out front.

"Manager Oppa! It feels like its been forever since I last saw you." Amber said as she glomped him. Besides her BTS oppas, Her manager was the only other male she can truly be herself around. Actually now that she thought about it, the first person to call her beautiful when she was insecure about herself was her manager. Why did she forget about that? Or more like how could she forget that?

Back at the Dorms, Jin was done setting up the table in the dining room. Taehyung walked into the room following the scent of Jin's delicious breakfast, but stopped mid track when he remembered that he had to tell Jin something.

"Oh! Hyung! Amber's isn't going to be joining us for breakfast."

"What? Why? Is she okay? Is she not feeling well?" Jin panicked.

"Calm down Hyung, nothing happened to her. She just had an important meeting with her CEO, so she left early." Taehyung explained.

"Oh, okay." Jin sighed in relief. He couldn't bear the the thought of Amber being hurt, since, currently, she was the only girl living amongst 7 males. Under his roof, she was his responsibility as the oldest member.

The rest of the members emerged from their room and sat down for breakfast.

"Hmm? Where's Amber?" Jungkook asked when he saw an empty seat, the place where Amber usually sat.

"Yeah. Where is she?" Hoseok and Yoongi asked in unison.

"Ah! Amber she left early today to meet with her CEO." Taehyung replied.

"What. She still could have stayed for breakfast, it feels weird without her." Yoongi mumbled.

"Yeah. It feels like we are missing something when Amber isn't around." Namjoon added. "Ahhh, and I was going help her with her raps today. Maybe I should go and prepare some for when she gets back."

"When did you get so close with Amber?" all the members questioned with their eyebrows raised.

"Well. I heard her trying to practice rapping, so I asked her what it was for. Apparently her position in her group is the main rapper. So as her Sunbaenim, I offered to help practice and train her. And she agreed."

"Well we are rappers too. Shouldn't we offer our help too?" Hoseok asked Yoongi, who fell into his trap and agreed.

"Alright then! The three rappers of BTS will help Amber. Isn't this just wonderful!" Jin chimed in. Amber would definitely feel more comfortable in the dorms if they became closer.

At S.M entertainment, Amber was discussing wether she can resume her idol activities.

"What do you think doctor." The CEO questioned.

"Well. She isn't 100% recovered but.." The Doctor said in deep thought. "She can resume as long as she doesn't put too much pressure on herself and overexert her physical abilities. Amber you must only do what your limitations allow. Any more than that, the consequences are unknown. The damages could be irreversible."

"I understand Doctor. CEO, I want to continue my activities as an idol and join F(x) soon. This is what I want."

"I like that confidence. I'll allow it, but you're starting from practice first. Then we'll talk about appearing on T.V programs, got it?"

"Yes! Completely understood."

Amber was dismissed for the day and she hurriedly made her way back to the Dorms completely unaware of the conversation that followed her departure.

"Say. CEO, Was that the right thing to do considering......." The Doctor hesitantly questioned.

"Well. I am not sure. But I have to believe in her and hope my decision was correct."
