I've got this daredevil heart
Not afraid of loving at all
Not afraid of the climb
Not afraid of the fall
She's beating so fast, she's tired
But in this heart there's a spark
I have no idea how
It just glows in the dark
My daredevil heart has many a bruise
She's bared the cut of many knives
But she beats faster for every scar
She's got the will of a thousand lives
My daredevil heart beats for me.
She beats hard and she beats fast
But she's got her own shield
Stronger from the scars of the past
I've got this daredevil heart
In my chest in a cage
She's bleeding love for me
Providing the ink to this very page
