Chapter 19: The date.
Ali was helping me put the finishing touches on my hair, when the door bell rang.
"I'LL GET IT!!" Cody screamed. I froze. I was sceretly hoping that he wouldn't, but he did.
Cody's POV. for like a paragraph... :p
I heard the door bell ring. Zoey was spouse to be coming over soon, so I yelled "I'LL GET IT!!!"
When I opened the door, there was a guy with short dark hair and blue eyes. He was a little bit taller than me.
(And if you think about it, that saying something because Cody's like 6 and half feet tall...)
"Hey is Destiny here?" He asked.
"Yeah," I said stepping aside to let him in. "Who are you?"
"Ben, I'm here to pick up Destiny."
"You guys going on a date?"
"Yeah, are you her brother?"
"No, she just lives with us, long story. My names Cody." somehow he didn't know that.
He nodded. Then Destiny came down stairs.
She looked pretty.
"You look beautiful." Ben said.
State something un-obovius.
She smiled, shockingly, and said thanks.
Destiny's POV :)
I walked down stairs with Ali behind me, still fixing my hair. I was wearing a pink sparkling dress. I had my har done up all pretty with curls.
"You look beautiful." Ben said.
I smiled, shockingly. "Thanks, this is Ali." I said looking at Ali who nudged me. " And I see you already meet Cody."
"Yes, I have."
Just then Zoey burst through the door. "Hey Cody sorry I'm late," She looked up form her phone. "-Oh."
"Hey Zoey," Cody said going over to her and kissing her check.
"Hey, um, who is he?" She asked pointing to Ben.
"He's taking Destiny on a date." He said.
I was fearing what she might say next. "Really? O! I got an idea! Why don't we go on a double date?"
And she drives a stake in my chest.
"That's I good idea, Destiny?" Ben said.
"Yeah sure." I said with a fake smile.
Ali looked a little sad that she was getting left out. Now you know how it feels! I thought, but I decied to be the bigger person and said, "But only if Ali gets to come."
She looked up with hope.
"Sure."

We went to some fancy restruant I never heard off. I think everyone but me and Ben felt really under dressed. The whole time Cody was glaring at Ben, unless Zoey said something to him, then he acted like he was paying attenion and said something that was perfect. Ben was very nice to everyone. Ali was just gald she got to come.
When we got home, Ben said he'd see me tomorrow for lunch at a Cafe I forgot the name of... D: He didn't kiss me though. Which was fine.
I closed the door.
"I hate him." Ali said.
"I don't think you should go on the date." Cody said.
I was shocked. "What? What's to hate about him?"
"I don't know he just..." Ali said.
"Has some bad vibe coming off of him."
"You guys are weird." I said and went up stairs to change.
