AN/ Hope y'all are enjoying my story so far! These chapters are still really short sorrryyy.
-Meredith's POV-
This whole conversation is extremely awkward, this Luke kid is extremely tall and his piercing blue eyes are really distracting. I noticed he had a lip ring that he played with nervously. Lost in thought admiring, I mean observing of course, oh who am I kidding; this dude is hot! I had stopped paying attention until he pointed to me, realizing he was taking the blame I quickly protest,
"No, I ran into him!" As I'm saying this, another new and also very attractive guy wearing a bandana appears and quickly speaks,
"What's happening, we need to finish helping setting- are these fans? Just take a picture and be quick!" I'm standing there awkwardly unsure of what to say. As the guy walks away Bret looks at me confused and finally speaks up,
"We're really sorry to bother you, we'll help set up whatever this is." She grabs a box and quickly looks around
"Where does this go?" The Asian one shakes his head and protests
"No, we really don't need your help, I'm sorry Luke is clumsy and spilled your drinks but you guys are fine! You don't need to help!" If I know anything about Bret, it's that she's very stubborn, and we share this characteristic, getting us in fights sometimes.
"We're helping. It's the least we can do!" I say quickly grabbing a box.
All of the chapters in the beginning are pretty short but at chapter 9 or so they should be a lot longer. Next chapter is one of the boys' POV!
