CHAPTER TWO

Oh Jinah POV

"Okay, what's with that reaction of yours just now?" Du Woon pulled me into our class and sat next to me. Luckily, it was only both of us this class, the others were in the History Class.

"Hmmmm....where should I start?" I mumbled while playing with my fingers, staring down at them.

"How about the beginning Oh Jinah?" Do Woon told me with the are-you-stupid tone.

I just rolled my eyes and started telling him everything.

"So it all started when we were way younger, I -" I was cut off by Du Woon.

"I've got a feeling that this story is gonna be so loooong," Du Woon mumbled softly to himself.

"I heard that Woon," I said in a warning tone.

He just raised up his hands in surrender and asked me to continue.

"As I was saying before I got interrupted, you know Dae Ho and I were like super duper close right?" I said.

It was a rhetorical question but Du Woon nodded his head in agreement.

"So, it's like he suddenly left me, without saying anything, not even a goodbye from him. I waited for him to come and say goodbye from him but he didn't come. I kept on waiting and waiting for him but he didn't come to me. I was so sad and mad at him. My freaking bestfriend left me," I told Du Woon as tears started to fall slowly. Du Woon came closer to me and wrapped his arms around me, comforting me.

"I missed him so much. But I just can't face it. It's hard. He left me for 10 years and now he comes back. It's damn hard for me to look at him," I cried onto Du Woon's clothes, which turned damp from my tears.

"Shhh, I'm sure he has his reasons," Du Woon said to me in gentle tone.

"But! He would have told me," My voice was as soft as it could ever be.

"Yeah, he should have tell you because you are his bestfriend," He said that just to let me hear what I wanted to hear.

"Was. I was his bestfriend," I sighed heavily.

Du Woon just mumbled a couple of comfort words.

Soon, more students piled into the class and many of them were like giving us the weird look, but I don't care.

He is coming back. That was what I could think off the whole day.

When school ended, I got my ride from Hyo Ra as the rest were having their own activities in school.

"Jinah, are you alright?" Hyo Ra asked me with concern in her tone.

"I'm alright. I just need some rest. I slept in late last night," I told her, avoiding her eye contact.

"Oh Jinah." Hyo Ra's voice sounded deadly.
