Hiccup P.O.V
I slowly reached towards the dragon's nose all the dragons in the stone chamber were quiet. A rattling sound came from the masked person as they crept closer making me back up from the dragon.
"how are you? The dragon thief. Uh, Drago Bloodfist?" they didn't respond just kept stocking around the edge of the circle "do you even understand what I'm saying!"
The masked person suddenly smacked their stick on the stone ground making a quivering sound. A dragon roared as it came up tossing Toothless on the ground.
"toothless! It's okay. It's okay. Good to see you to bud. You really had me worried there." Toothless let out a roar gazing warily at the circle of dragons around us. The dragon that had throw Toothless at me reappeared tossing a person dressed in red onto the ground. He sat up sputtering
"ugh I think I swallowed a quarter of the ocean." "Kai?" I stared in surprise his ninja suit was clinging to his body and dripping wet, and his hair wasn't it's usually spiky way but plastered down "hiccup? Where are we?" He asked staring to squeeze the water out of his ninja suit. The dragons surrounding us started to build a fire up in their mouths. The masked person began to walk on all fours toward us "what are they doing?" Kai asked "I don't know" the person put there hand out in front of toothless doing some motion that made Toothless rollover. They ran their hand up toothless's belly coming closer to me. They reached out trying to touch me. I glance towards Kai "oh uh." he looked at me mouthing "what should I do?"
the person slowly drew back "hiccup?' "Ah?" the person started to take off their helmet reveling a woman "could it be? After all these years. How is this possible?" her voice sounded like a whisper "ah should. Should I know you?" I had never seen this person before, but somehow I felt like I know her. "no. You were only a babe, but a mother never forgets." I staggered backward bumping into Kai. But she couldn't be my mom every one knows that she died in a dragon raid 20 years ago.
"hang on" Kai started "sh sh. come both of you." she ran off Kai looked at me "I take it we're following her?" "she's my mom" at this point I had recovered from my shock "Yeah but you jus- wait what am saying I let my parents talk me into jumping into the boiling sea?" we had already started to follow her down a rocky path.
