It was in the year 2012 when the course of history changed. It was here when the days of all animals started to be ticked down. Mankind had set in motion a chain of events that bring bringing total extinction to every animal on the planet, except for themselves. Some were against this barbaric deed they call hunting parties. It's were hundreds of humans come together, bringing ammunition and weaponry of all sorts for the purpose of hunting for food, well that's how it started. Soon they started to do this only for the glory of the hunt and for the trophies to decorate their walls and floors. It was to happen once a year.
But by 2017 a group of scientists managed to obtain hundreds of specimens and and thousands of DNA samples of every species on the planet before these hunting parties began. They called their organisation Noah, and they executed project Ark. It was a project meant to save and secure the survival for existence of the animal kingdom. They tried to mutate them, giving them a traits of other animals. For example giving bears a exoskeleton of a crab hidden under their fur making it almost impenetrable(ZOO reference).
But they'er was no way that could be made a reality. So they tried to make hybrids. DNA of other animals mixed with each other.
But nothing worked, until the year 2027 a scientist by the name Hendrik (L/n) bright his 11 year old sun (Y/n) (L/n) to work. His father was the Head scientist of Noah. His sun was bored out of his mind, but that was before his father placed him in a small room with many air vents. They also placed a dog with him for him to play with. (Y/n) always had a soft spot for animals. Deadly or not he loved them all. As he sat in the room his father came back with two needles. One had Crystal clear liquid inside and the other one was empty.
(Y/n) was confused on what his father was planning. But that was until his father gave orders to 4 guards to hold down the dog. As they did this he tried to stop them as he thought the dog was going to be put down. But as he tried to pull one of the guards away he felt a slight sting in his arm. He looked back and saw that his father was taking some of his blood with the empty syringe. When he was done, he walked up to the dog and injected both his son's blood and the strange liquid at the same time. He stood back as the guards did as well. He called you over and placed a bandage on your arm. He walked you out of the room and into another one right next to it. This room was filled with cameras and monitors focusing on the dog.
With each hour that past they looked even more amazed but for (Y/n), he looked even more confused. This is how they injected the DNA into other animals, trying to create hybrids. But with each subject they died within either at our or two. They decided to take the day off and check on the dog the next day. But if they just stayed for another few hours they would have noticed the animal changing and mutating into a humanoid creature with dog features. That is how the furries were made. It all started with one person and that person ended up being the last human on planet Earth.
After further experimentation and other animals with human DNA of other people they got the exact same results. In time these hybrids learned to speak, to think, to walk and to learn just like any other human. The organisation announced these magnificent results only a year later after in 2028. And soon these furries were sent into the world to explore and to live just like any other human. In time the hunting parties were stopped because of the fact that most of these hunters ended up marrying these furries. All will was good...until A virus spread across the world wiping out humans all over the globe. The strange thing about this virus is that it had no affect on the furries. The humans blamed them and stared World War 3. But it didn't last long as the humans were wiped out not only by the virus but by the furries as well. (Y/n) was forced into it but escaped with his father back to their hidden facility. There his father created the cure for this virus. But the strange thing is is that there was only one syringe left of the strange clear liquid. And as his father knew you need the DNA of a furry to go along with it. He used the DNA of the first furry and tried to save you. You refuse it as you wanted your father to survive but he would not take no for an answer.
He Grabbed his tranquilizer gun and shout his own son in the leg. As he fell limp onto the ground his father injected him with both syringes. He gathered all the data and all the testing that they did to create the furries and send them to the Commander of the furry military with a message begging him to look after his son.
He gladly excepted, because of all the data they received. It's the least he could do for the man who made him. They found this scientists son still asleep. By the time he woke up he realized what his father did. What he died for. So he vowed to honor his fathers sacrifice by living his life, staying with his new adoptive father, keeping his surname (L/n) and making damm shear that he lives a full life. A live were he's the last man Standing
