5. Hard to Breathe

Dear Sir,

For a while, I saw no future. With us being on different schools and I had no way of knowing of how you were doing, my feelings would have started to fade away. Just maybe. With all the cute boys in my new school, there's one or two I was crushing on particularly, I thought 'this is it'.

But that didn't seem to happen.

I don't know how I got hold of your number but next thing I knew, we were texting -- during classes, lunch break, on my way home, when I was in bed...and midnight when we got too carried away. We talked on random things I couldn't really remember now but I could remember the feeling when my phone screen lit up for a message and my heart would jump because I knew it was you. I could remember how my heart would swell every time you praise me because you found out some amazing things about me...how my heart would constrict as if I couldn't breathe every time you say something so sweet...and I knew you probably didn't mean it that way, but I'd still find it hard to breathe.

So, you see, how to forget you when you still creep back in my life.

To this day, you still make me feel that way.

Love,

Rosie.
