@SavingHer: Nicole, my sister has attempted suicide several times. I'm scared that one day no one will get there in time to save her. She won't tell anyone what is wrong. Big brothers are supposed to protect their little sisters. But, I can't protect her. I feel so sad and helpless. What do you think I should do?
Nicole: @SavingHer, always let her know that you love her and you are always there to listen if she wants to talk. However, don't just wait for her to talk to you. Go ahead and talk to her friends. Try to figure out what happened that made her want to take her live. Don't give up.
@SavingHer: I have talked to her friends. They are all saying they don't know what happened. I don't believe them though. I don't know why they are lying or what they are trying to cover up. My sister is struggling and all they care about is their precious secret.
Nicole: Talk to them again. Look them directly in the eyes. Find the one that avoids eye contact and shows more guilt. That person is the weakest and might be willing to talk but is scared of the others. Talk to the person when the others are not present. Good luck. I hope it works.
