Blake's POV
The next morning I wake up to find my beautiful mate curled next to me. I smile as I look down at her, studying her features as she sleeps. Her mouth puckers up into an adorable little pout and her eyebrows scrunch up. I smile as she murmurs my name, curling closer into my side.
"Stop staring at mate like a creep," Alex says.
"Fine," I grumble, getting out of bed and walking to the bathroom.
I shower and get dressed before situating myself on the couch across from the bed with my laptop. I work on pack work for a while before I notice that I accidentally grabbed Abby's laptop by mistake. My common sense is telling me I should put it back but Alex is urging me to look through her files. I finally give in to shut him up and that's when I find her diary. Her last entry was dated yesterday and I click on it to read it.

August 20, 2017: I love being back home but I still can't get over Blake's betrayal. It hurts really bad that he shut me out from his mind and I know he blames himself for it. I'm trying really hard not to be mad at him but I can't, he's supposed to be my mate and I thought that no matter what happens, mates are always supposed to be there for each other. Blake doesn't know how much his betrayal hurts me and I hope to the moon goddess he never finds out.

I'm about to keep reading but I hear a noise from behind me. I turn around and see Abby standing behind me, her hair a mess and her eyes flickering from hazel to black. I set her laptop down and stand up, ready to make my apology to her. But before I can get a word in she balls up her fist and left hooks me before running out. I stumble out after her, making sure not to lose my sight on her. She runs out to the backyard with everyone else running after her.
"What happened?" Corrinna asks, carefully stepping up to her sister.
"He, he read m my diary!" Abby yells, anger rolling off her in waves.
Before anyone has the chance to react, fire shoots out of Abby's hands and straight into a tree, igniting it in huge flames. I look from the tree then back to my mate, confused on what just happened. Abby puts her hands to her mouth before running out into the woods, her sisters immediately taking off after her. I try to follow but Connor and Evan hold me back.
"Let her go," Connor advises, "Or you'll be the next thing on fire."
Abby's POV
"What the hell just happened?" I ask Collie as I'm running through the trees.
"I, I don't know) she answers, just as confused as I am.
Just then I hear my sisters calling my name. I stop and they catch up to me, each of them taking an arm before they lead me to a log. I look from Brie to Corrinna then from Brie to Corrinna again before I put my head in my hands.
"Does anyone know what the hell just happened?" I ask, studying the ground.
"I don't know," Brie says tentatively, "Try it again."
"I don't know how," I say, irritated.
"Try channeling your anger again," Corrinna suggests.
I nod and try to concentrate on my anger. It builds up and a second later fire appears from my hands. I look at my two sisters and they have the same shocked expressions I do.
"I wonder if you have more," Brie whispers.
"I don't know," I say, "Let's check."
After about two hours, my sisters and I have come to the conclusion that I have the element powers. My anger is fire, my sadness is water, my calm is wind, and Earth is triggered by any feeling of danger I get. With some help from Collie, I learned how to use my powers whenever I feel like, a trick that might come handy in the future. we walk back to the house and see all three boys waiting for us. When Blake sees me, he rushes up to me and tries engulfing me in a hug but I use my wind powers and blow him across the yard.
"What the heck was that?" Connor asks but I ignore him, instead choosing to walk into the house and getting a snack.
"Abby," Blake says, coming into the kitchen.
"Go away," I mumble through a mouthful of peanut butter and pickle.
"I'm so sorry, snooping was wrong and I know I shouldn't have done it," he pleads, getting on his knees in front of me.
"You know you shouldn't have done it, yet you choose to do so anyways. You broke trust, something that is key to a relationship. I'm going to need time to myself, you can sleep in the guest room tonight," I say, getting up and heading upstairs.
I head to my room and sit on my bed, noticing my laptop on the couch from earlier. I pick it up and see that my diary is still open so I exit out of it before putting my laptop back on the desk.
"Can we come upstairs?" Brie links.
"I guess," I reply and a few seconds later Brie, Lexi, and Rina are by my side.
"We never got to talk about Blake's stupidity," Brie says, her eyes hardening.
"It's okay," I say, sitting up and making room for the girls to huddle around me.
"What's going on with you two?" Lexi asks, twirling a strand of her auburn hair with her fingers.
"He's sleeping in the guest room until I forgive him," I reply, running a hand over my baby bump.
"How are they doing?" Rina asks, changing the subject to my relief.
"Good," I say smiling, "Little Ara and little Parker have been kicking nonstop."
"Did you and Blake decide on these names?" Rina asks and I nod.
"We need to shop for baby clothes soon!" Lexi exclaims and I smile, the presence of my three best friends temporarily making me forget the events of today.
