Chapter 20

Jens POV

After dinner we all head back to our hotel rooms Hayes and I watch a movie and I fall asleep in his arms.

I wake up to Hayes shaking me with puffy eyes. "what's wrong?" I ask scared and curious "Noah and Jesse got in a car accident and they are in critical condition." he says with tears streaming down his face, "wait what??we got to go to the hospital NOW!" I yell.hayes anxiously stands up and grabs his phone and calls a taxi. I get up put on my sweater with some shorts and galaxy vans quickly put my hair in a messy bun and run out the door with Hayes. We arrive at the hospital and run to the front desk , "hi what may it help you with?" the lady says kindly "our friend Noah Montogreen and Jesse Agelaro." We say rushing the words out. "room 114." she says nicely "thanks" we say as we run to the elevator. We get to there room and see that both of them have broken bones all over. A couple minutes later a doctor comes In and says, "Noah and Jesse are in a coma. Noah is fine and should be healing and becoming conscious soon but Jesse has a 15% chance of living because she has been paralyzed. They were going somewhere early in the morning in a taxi when the driver fell asleep and drifted into the other lane when a semi came head on with the taxi and the driver died during impact." We just state at him in shock. "what?" I hear Hayes's voice weak and crackling.this can't be true I keep thinking to myself I squeeze my eyes shut and try to think that this is all a dream but it keeps coming back and won't go away.i start to hyperventilate and all of the sudden everything goes black.

Hayes's pov

Jen is squeezing her eyes shut trying to make it go away and all of the sudden her breath picks up and she passes out. The doctor calls in nurses as they rush in they take her to another room as I follow.They tell me that I can't go in because they have to run tests to see why she passed out. after a half hour a nurse comes out and says that Jen is up and ready to see me But from all the drama she passed out. i go in a see Jen just sitting there...thinking. "Hi." I say shyly "hi Hayes is Noah and Jessie okay?" she asks I reply with, "Idk know they took them to have test done and haven't came back.how are you?" "I'm fine." she replies then the doctor comes in tells us, "Noah and Jessie have had test done and the results for Noah are all great but Jesse may not make it." "Oh great" me and Jen say in unison. I get up and go out into the waiting room and call Nash.

"Hey Nash can you come to the hospital now and call Jessie's mom, Noahs, Jens and mom tell them get out here asap!"

"Okay but what happened?"

"I'll tell you later when you get here."

"Okay bye."

"Bye."
