"Dad!" I yelled. "We have to get Daryl!"
Rick was quickly instructed on where to go and we pulled up to a small worn down house.
I hopped out and right when I went to knock, the door pulled open.
"Hey lil-ass kicker." He smiled at me.
He gave me that name when I was 5 because I liked to kick everyone's ass basically.
"Daryl Dixon." I smiled.
He was like a second father to me.
Daryl taught me how to shoot a crossbow, hunt, and cook different types of animals.
"I have a surprise." He said and motioned for everyone to get out of the truck.
He laid out an array of weapons in front of us.
4 shotguns, 3 riffles, 2 pistols, 5 pocket knives, 3 handguns, 4 knives with leather cases, a crossbow, and a katana.
Daryl quickly grabbed the crossbow.
"Woah." I exclaimed as I stared at the beautiful sword.
"Yeah lil-ass kicker it's yours." Daryl smiled.
I smiled and slung it over my shoulder. I was in love with it.
My dad and Rick got pistols, Chandler got a handgun and a knife, Renae got a handgun and a knife, and Chloe and Samantha got pocket knives, just in case.
All the extras were for emergency.
The bag was full of ammo as well.
Daryl got on his motorcycle and the rest of us pilled into my dad's truck.
"Nice katana." Chandler smiled at me.
I smiled back and pecked him on the lips.
Chloe pretended to throw up. So, just to bother her, I leaned in again, this time making out. Chandler didn't seem to mind.
"Okay! Okay!" Sam yelled at us.
I smiled and pulled away. Wow actually smiling after all that's just happen.
We stopped at what looked like an old farm house. It was well-maintained and had huge fields.
We pulled up to the house and climbed out. Rick and my dad went to the door.
"Stay out here until we come out and tell you it's safe." Rick said as the walked in with their guns pointed.
I put a hand on my sword and the other in front of Chloe.
Chandler stood on the other side of Chloe with his hand just in front of her left arm.
Daryl held up his crossbow just in case.
Renae stayed behind with Sam.
Renae didn't like the idea of killing anything, but she clung to her knife on her belt anyway, for her sister's sake.
They came out and told us that it was clear. We all grabbed our bags and walked into the house.
It was gorgeous. There was a long flower pattern sofa in front of a stone fireplace. Pictures hung of a family.
An older gentleman, 2 teenage girls, 1 little girl and an older woman.
The rest of the house was just as pretty.
I ran into the kitchen and quickly turned on the water.
Running water.
"The house is on a well." I heard Daryl say behind me.
"Cool." I muttered.
I quickly started going through the cabinets to find them fuuull of food and water.
"Come look." Chandler said and led me up the stairs to a huge room.
There was rose wallpaper and dark wood floors. The bed was straight in front of me with metal rails for the head board and footboard and white lace bedding. On both sides were tall windows with white curtains going to the floor. On the right side of the bed was a white vanity with three drawers and a small stool. On the left side was a white dresser with a hairbrush and a few perfume bottles on top.
It was gorgeous.
"It's yours." Chandler smiled at me.
"W-wow." I choked out and jumped on the bed with my face in the pillows.
"I'm going to take a shower."
"Okay."
I continued to lay on the bed. I was exhausted.
I must've fell asleep because by the time I woke up, my katana was laid on the dresser and I was under the fluffy white blankets.
And a very asleep Chandler was next to me with his arms tightly around my waist.
Trying to be as un-disturbing as I could, I wriggled out of his arms so I could take a shower. Thank God I didn't wake him up.
I walked across the hall and looked through the open door to see Chloe and Samantha asleep in two beds in a very pink room.
I finally found the bathroom and took a long shower.
By the time I got out Chandler had already woken up. He was propped up on the bed, shirtless playing with his fingers.
"Hey babe." I smiled and crawled next to him, still patting my brown hair with a towel.
"Hey." He grinned and pulled me into his lap. "I missed you when I woke up and you weren't here." He frowned at me.
Instead of saying anything I just crashed my lips into his.
"Nice way of telling me to shut up." He smirked and leaned back in.
Someone cleared their throat in the doorway.
Renae.
"There's some food downstairs, they made spaghetti." She said and walked out.
I laughed a little and got up throwing a shirt at Chandler.
