WARNING SAD CHAPTER

I didn't slip into the same depression as before.

It was almost winter again.

About 3 years ago this mess happened.

About 3 years ago Chloe died.

And about 4 weeks ago Claire died.

Chandler honestly was all I could deal with.

My dad didn't talk to me anymore.

Daryl was busy protecting everyone.

Renae was to focused on Samantha to give a shit.

Rick was busy finding a home.

And Chandler was busy keeping me on my feet.

It was about fall. The leaves were red and orange, the weather was cooler, sun set earlier.

"I'm cold." I whispered one night.

"I know. Me too." Chandler said and put a blanket over me.

My breath was making little white clouds in the air.

Chandler and I were alone in the woods.

Everyone in the camp was doing their own thing, so we were too.

"Scale of 1-10, how hungry are you?" He asked.

"20." I muttered.

He took a deep breath.

I had my cut leather gloves on and jeans with a leather coat and combat boots. My usual.

We brought out a small tribal patterned blanket to keep us warm.

Chandler built a small fire.

"What are we even doing?" I asked and stared at the fire extending my hands out towards it.

"What do you mean?" He asked and studied my face.

"Why do we even bother with them anymore?"

"They're our group."

"They treat us like shit, I know you know it too."

"It doesn't matter, they're family."

"They're gonna die eventually anyway..."

"Bella!"

"Renae is gonna die first. Then Samantha. Then my dad, then yours."

"Don't say that!"

I just sat there and stared at the fire.

"What's your problem?" He asked.

I threw the blanket off of me and walked off.

I had my katana hung on my shoulder.

He was getting on nerves, and I didn't want him to find me so I took off into mid-sprint.

I could hear him heavy on my heels so I ran faster.

Walkers were coming from all directions following me.

I didn't really care.

Chandler was irritating me and so was everyone else.

I kept running till I reached a very tall tree.

I pulled myself onto the lowest branch and kept going till I couldn't go any further.

"Bella!" He whispered.

I just stayed up in that tree.

He left running.

Then after a while I heard muffled voices.
