And loci was hurt , he was so hurt that he had done this , he was guilty , in pain , and all he could do was look at the glass tears that were rolling down his boyfriends freckled face , all he could do was stare at Eli , the doctor was talking but no one was listening , they're ears just had the hum of the machines droning out everything , they're lips were frozen with tears collecting on the upper , while the they're bottom lips trembled and they're icy but clammy hands locked together , they knew what HIV would turn into .... but they know nothing could help ..... they knew no one would help ..... they had to keep they're secret , but loci wasn't going to let Eli die in his arms as James did ... he couldn't let this happen because it would hurt too much. Eli was sitting silently and he couldn't comprehend the words that had so ruthlessly fought their way out of the doctors mouth and into their life , loci was as pale as a ghost and Eli know why ... loci was feeling guilty and broken ... and Eli couldn't fix that , nothing he could do could change loci's past but he wanted to change loci's future ... he thought they would live happily together and as soon as they had money they would run  away to live together ... as they'd always wanted to ... but that was all gone now it had all been stolen from them and it wasn't fair , it was just another thing to break them further , and it was succeeding , they were both entirely destroyed
