Chapter Three

Jared's P.O.V

I woke up to the vibrations of my phone with a text message from my dad. "Don't forget to train today,". I huffed at my phone and got up out of bed. After my shower, I got dressed and went down stairs to the kitchen. Mom, dad, and Allie were sitting there laughing, talking and drinking coffee. I couldn't help but to replay the event that took place last night in my head. I shook my head and smiled. "Good morning everyone," I said with my raspy voice. Allie looked at me with an angry smile. I could tell that she was upset from last night. I brushed off the angry look she gave me and went to go grab a water out of the fridge. As I headed out the back door my mom stopped me, "Are you not going to eat sweety?" Mom questioned. "Later, yes I will," I said calmly.

"So son, how'd you sleep last night?", my dad asking with a concerned look on his face. "Fine", I say while throwing punches. "This is the first time I actually haven't gotten a hangover", I chuckled. As my dad and I walked in from training to the kitchen. It was at least close to dinner time due to the fact of us training and doing other things all day. I smelled the scent of coco butter, coconut oil and french vanilla. There came Allie around the corner walking to the fridge and seeing her helping my mother cook. She was wearing a blue tie-dye shirt with black tights. She turned around to find me staring in amazement. "Hey Jared, your mouth is open." She smirked. I instantly closed my mouth as she turned back around. "So how about you and Allie hang out, I can handle the rest." My mom smiled. Allie and I looked each other and before I could speak allie spat, "sure I don't mind, Jared and I need to catch up on things anyway." She said with a devious smirk. As she walked passed me she grabbed my arm and we rushed upstairs to "catch up". As we rushed upstairs, she pushed me in to my room. "You think you can just get away with what you did last night, think again!" She yelled. I chuckled and shook my head. I have to admit, she was cute when she was angry. "What's funny?" She questioned. "You need to chill, you liked it and you're craving more of me." I step close to her chuckling. "Besides don't make it obvious or someone might find out, and I don't think you want that to happen." The look on her face changed from angry to calm, she knew if her brother found out about what happened, hell would break lose. "Are you blackmailing me Jared?," she asked realizing what I was doing. "I wouldn't call it that Allie, more like prote-" she cut in. "protecting what, yourself in case something goes down between us!?, plus you came into MY room last night, so don't go that route," her voice slightly raised. She was right, I did, but all that can change. Soon there was a knock at the door and isiah walked in "Hey guys come down stairs," He said with a look of frustration. We looked at each other and left out of my room as we were headed down the hallway I mind-linked her, but before I could speak she shut me out. "Is she okay?" Isaiah asked with a concerned look on his face. "Yeah she's just irritated" I smirked.

Allie's P.O.V:

Half way down the stairs I see a brown skinned guy with a average built physique and his hair was in cornrows, his eyes were brown and perfect sized lips with a nice beard. My eyes grew wide in shock and my heart instantly skipped a few beats. "Travis!?" I said, my eyes not leaving his. "Hey Allie, wow you've...grown," he states with a smile. At that moment, my head was filled with so many things. "Allie!" Isaiah shouted. "You ok? You zoned out." With a concerned look on his face. "Yeah, I just need a minute" I said faintly. I ran up to my room and closed the door behind me. "Why me, just why me???"

Isaiah's P.O.V
I never in my life seen my sister act this way, which is kinda odd. "Is everything ok with Allie?" Jared's mom giving me a concerned look. "I don't know actually, I'll go check on her." I said while walking that direction.
As I walk up to Allie's door, before I could knock, she opened the door. "No ma'am back in your room." I demanded. "What's your problem Khalil?"

Allie's P.O.V
With an irritated look on his face. The only time he called me by my middle name is either when I'm in trouble, or when he forces whatever problem I have in me, out of me. Which is hardly ever might I add, but I couldn't tell him how I felt at this moment, so I played it cool. "I'm fine, everything is just overwhelming. You know, seeing everyone back together like we never left and what not. I honestly didn't think everyone would come back together since we all split." My voice changing. "No, stop your crap Allie, you've been like this since the night of the party. I can feel it! This isn't you and you know it!" Raising his voice. At that point I couldn't even argue back because he was right. "I'm sorry, I'm just a little off that's it. I promise." I said calmly. I walked pass Isaiah, out of the room, and back down stairs where everyone was. Luna was still in the kitchen with Alpha, I didn't bother them. Travis and Jared were sitting in the living room, so I decided to go join them with Isaiah behind me. As I walk in, I can feel their eyes move to me. "You feeling better?" Asked Travis. "Yeah I'm cool." I replied. Isaiah grabs the remote, turns the tv off, and comes to sit right beside me. "So guys, what's been happening with everyone? I mean it's been a hell of a while since we've seen each other and what not." Isaiah stated. "Well, I don't need to say mu- "are you still living with Isaiah, Allie?" Jared cuts in. I give Jared a mean look, like I wanted to slap the hell out of him for cutting me off but I didn't. Jared gives me a sarcastic smile and waits for a reply. "Are you still having trouble keeping a relationship?" I calmly retorted. Jared's smile easily disappeared. "I prefer to stay single Allie. Relationships are just a waste of time and that's something I can't waste." He shot back. "If you say so." I say in my head. Isaiah could sense the tension between me and Jared, but he didn't engage. I look at my brother in irritation and walked out of the living room and straight outside.

I'm trying my best with these chapters, but I feel like if I work hard enough I'll get it eventually
