I'm sorry I lied.
I only wanted the best for you,
and believe me when I say,
lying to you was the only way.
If secrets weren't kept,
feelings would have been swept.
When all along you already knew,
the truth clearly wasn't true.
So let me remind you that,
each time I lie to You,
I don't me to bring harm.
All I wish for you is happiness.
