Worthless (Niall Horan)

Chapter 11

He stared into my eyes and his tears stopped flowing. He looked down at my lips and back up to my eyes. He leaned forward and RING RING RING! Damn it the phone! Niall awkwardly looked away and I got up to answer the phone. This better be good! I thought and picked it up. "Hello?" I said.

"Hi Jessie Harry and Louis said they are going out later and wont be back until about midnight, I'm staying with Sophia and zany is staying with Perrie, is it okay if Lou and Haz crash at yours again tonight?" Liam spoke through the phone. I nodded and forgot he couldn't see me but then remembered.

"Yeah that's fine!" I replied.

"Okay, I hope you and Niall had a nice day, love you bye!" He said and hung up. Gosh how awkward would it be now. Actually surprisingly not.

"Who was that?" Niall asked when I walked into the kitchen.

"Uhh it was Liam he was letting me know that Harry and Louis are coming back at midnight and Zayn and Liam are staying with Sophia and Perrie." I replied. He nodded and offered me the bag of peanuts he was holding. I took a few and we went into the living room. We turned on the hangover. I still can't believe that he nearly kissed me before! Stupid Liam! Oh well. I turned to look at Niall only to discover him already staring at me. He quickly looked away and I smiled to myself. After a couple of minutes I caught him staring again but this time he didn't look away. He bought his hand up to my chin and pulled my face towards his. Our lips connected and Niall's hand pulled my face closer, deepening the kiss. I can't believe it! He kissed me! My heart did a 360 flip. He pulled away and smirked to himself before turning back to the TV. Silence. Did I do something wrong? I shuffled uncomfortably in my seat. My eyebrows furrowed as I stared into nothingness. Suddenly his large hand cupped my face and he pulled me on top of him kissing me roughly, but carefully. I gripped his shirt and tried to pull myself closer to him. Wait, what was I doing! I pulled away quickly. "Uhh I have to go to bed, don't forget to lock the door after Harry and Louis arrive." I called without looking back. I got to my room and locked the door. I could hear Niall knocking on my door.

"Come on Jess I'm sorry! I shouldn't have kissed you please!" He cried I ignored him. I couldn't have feelings for him, I was probably just giddy from what happened today. There was no way I liked Niall in that way. It was just his beautiful blue eyes that hypnotised me, and his sweet accent that..... Wait stop what has gotten into me. I heard Niall finally leave and I lay quietly alone with thought wizzing around my head.

*NIALLS POV*

I did it. I kissed her. I looked back at the TV but I just couldn't help myself so I kissed her again. This time she pulled away. "Uhh I have to go to bed, don't forget to lock the door after Harry and Louis arrive." She muttered and dashed off. My eyebrows furrowed.

"Jessie wait stop I'm sorry!" I called and ran to her door where I began to knock. "Come on Jess I'm sorry! I shouldn't have kissed you, please!" Let my forehead make contact with the door briefly before turning away to go eat something that would cheer me up. What did I do? Everything was going fine until I kissed her! Why Niall why? I took some chocolate and wrote a quick note for Harry and Louis. 'Please lock the door, went to bed, blankets in the cupboard, don't wake me up on the sofa! - Niall ;)' I sighed as I took the chocolate and dozed of on the couch.
