Harry p.o.v
I had know idea of what was going on with Louis lately. Over the past few days he has been getting more and more distant and tonight just truly baffled me. He is used to the spotlight and I'm not. But that isn't most of my worries, I saw the way he snapped at Niall. Memories flooded my mind, the vase shattering against the wall.
Stepping out of the building, I tightened my jacket around my body as the cold night air whipped against me. Flashes and shouts of paparazzi surrounded me, drowning out the sound of the loud music that came from inside.
The limo came insight, making a run for it, I dodged through the paparazzi and straight into the already open door of the limo. I let out a long deflated puff of air, relieved to be in the safety of the vehicle.
"Crazy huh?" A familiar voice chuckled from the drivers seat as we pulled out from the venue.
"Hey Nate." I sighed.
"Nate? Since when are we on nickname basis?"
"Hey Nathan." I laughed. It was nice to finally have a laugh with someone who I haven't been around for the past weeks.
"Nate is fine Harry. Give me a second and I'll have one for you." Nathan joked.
"Harry, retard, idiot. I'll answer to anything." I shrugged, causing Nathan to laugh.
"Alright, so I'm assuming tonight didn't go as planned?"
"What makes you say that?" I rested my head on the cool glass window and watched the city pass by.
"You just looked drained. Not drunk drained or tired, just emotionally." Is this guy a bloody psychic or something?
"I feel that way." I hummed.
"Alright spill." I raised an eyebrow at Nathan, who was peering at me through the rear vision mirror. It would be better once I spill my guts to someone right? Well probably not for Nate but he is asking for it.
"Louis and I came out tonight, but after he was acting very distant. We went to the bar and he ordered me a drink but when I got back he had already drank it. I mean what type of boyfriend does that?" I sighed but continued anyway. "Before that I seen him snap at one of his best mates, I wasn't exactly sure what it was about but I know when Louis gets worked up and tonight was one of them. Also a few days ago, he was acting strangely. I asked him what was wrong and all hell broke loose. It's like everyday he is becoming more and more distant and I'm scared that one day he will act out and someone will get hurt."
I looked up to see Nate just starting back at me. I could see he was trying to process it all, so I just let home be and diverted my gaze to the city nightlife.
"Okay, I'm no psychologist but if anything happens my door is always open." I nodded and muttered a small thank you. I felt a lot better being able to let everything out, tell all my problems. Now I am just hoping for the best.
The limo came to a stop outside our house. "Thank you Nate, for everything."
"No problem. But like I said, my door is always open and I'm a phone call away." His soothing blue eyes, softly stared into mine.
"Are you going home after this?" Nathan glanced at his watch and nodded.
"I've just got to drive the limo back to the depot and pick up my car." He chuckled. I stepped out of the door and waved him off before proceeding up to the house.
Unlocking the doors I entered, warmth engulfing my shivering body. It was coming into summer but tonight was a bit chilly. I straight away stripped down and jumped into the hot shower, letting the hot water soak my bare body and relax my tense muscles. It felt as though all my problems just washed away with the water, allowing me to breathe again. But I knew it wouldn't last long. I would be awake tonight wording about everything and anything.
