A few days later, Willowkit, Sweetkit, and Blizzardkit paced in front of the nursery. Today was their apprentice ceremony, as they were now 6 moons old.
"Willowkit! Blizzardkit! Sweetkit! Come here." Willowstar called.
They scampered over to her, restlessly pacing. Willowstar then gave Sweetpaw to Honeystripe as an apprentice, to train to be a medicine cat. Then, newly named Blizzardpaw and Willowpaw respectively Cloverstep and Hawksky as their mentors.
