" What if we fish beyond the reef ?" , says Moana . "No one goes beyond the reef " , says Chief Tui . " I know but there is no fish in the lagoon " , she says . "There's one rule !" , says chief . "A rule when there were fish !" , shouts Moana . " A rule that keeps us safe !" replies Tui . " But da-" , says Moana . " Instead of endangering our people ! " , says chief . Chief repeats , " No one goes beyond the reef ! "
