"What the hell are you talking about?" Tyrone mumbled, still having his arms locked around her dainty figure.

Nina wished to be embraced by him, but not in a situation like this. Not out of pity.

She wanted an honest and loving embrace.

This wasn't it.

"Nina..." he pulled away, gazing into her eyes with worry.

She gazed back into his eyes, her lips quivering.

"T-tyrone... I..." she whimpered, tears spilling from her eyes like a waterfall.

"You what? Nina, dammit, just say it, please!" He desperately said, gripping her shoulders.

"I like you a lot! And I'm scared to call it love! And I don't want to see you anymore, because you make me feel weird inside and I don't want to drag this ill friendship anymore for both our sakes!" She yelled, wriggling off his grip and turning swiftly on her heel, running away.

Her tears cascaded down her cheeks uncontrollably, but before she could walk off the bridge to the park, a strong hand wrapped around her wrist and pulled her back. Nina hit Tyrone's chest and yelped.

"Did you think I was going to let you go so easily like a stupid Prince Charming?"
