I'm right now writing the next chapter. And I have decided to make some changes on what I original planed for the story. Well not really I just chose to change the weapon that the reader will use later on.
Let me explain. I based Kira of of Kido Stubomi from Mekakucity actors/ Kagerou project. Infact the picture in chapter 7 is of Kido. Kira is basically a retcon of her. They look prrity much identical. Her backstory will be almost the same. Except that she won't have eye powers. Instead I chose to make it so that she is really stealthy. She might reference the other members of the gang but I will change their names. So let me just give you a list of the name changes I gave the characters.
Kido = Kira
Seto = Seiko
Kano = Kanji
Marry = Maria
Momo = Moriko
Ene = Eve
Shintaro = Shingi
Hibiya = Hibiki
Konoha = Koran
I might do something similar with characters of other anime, but I will try to avoid it and focus more on the smashers and the reader.
But anyway I'm getting off topic. I will give the non smasher characters a weapon later on in the story. I was originally going to give the reader a Katana. Until I added Kira. You see Kido doesn't actually use any weapons in the anime. But she is usually pictured with a Katana. Because she used one wile playing that FPS game against Takane. So I want to give her a Katana as her weapon. But I don't want Kira and the reader to have the same weapon. So I want to change the readers weapon to something else. The problem is that the representation of the reader is holding a Katana in the cover, so I need to know. Should I change the cover? And what weapon should I give the reader that isn't a sword?
