----Dave's Pov----

I sat there watching Karkat, his silk black hair fell into his eyes as we sat on the couch watching romcoms of his. He looked so into it, hes so cute watching it as well. His eyes glincened slightly as he rubbed his eyes glincened slightly as the movie ended. He was my matesprit but there was always one thing I wanted to know.
His blood color? I always wondered that about him. It seemed to always be hiden away from everyone. Terezi always said it smelt like cherries or something but that wasnt the poing . I wanted to ask him.
"Hey yeah umm Karkles I have a question." I look at him as he yawned. "OH WHAT IS IT?" He glanced over at me. "Well Im curious I know everyones blood color except yours. Whats your blood color karkles?" His eyes widen before taking a moment to awnswer. "IT'S UHH...G-GREEN! YEAH GREEN." He clearly lied. I could see right through him, "Karkat thats a lie and you know it-"  I grabbed his hand nefore seeing something past his wrist. Karkat jerked his hand away. I ended up pinning him down and pulled up his sleeves, my eyes widen as I look at his arms...scars. His arms were tatered in busies and cutmarks. Red...thats all I seen. He lied about his blood color...?
He shoved me off of him before running off. His eyes were brimmed with tears as he ran into his room well Respiteblock whatever that wasnt the case I needed to calm him down. I walk up to the door of his room and knock on it softly. "Kitkat come out...please im sorry for what I did." There was no awnswer. "Karkles please just come out I really need to apologize to you. Babe I love you.,." I sighed pushing up my glasses as I let out a shakey sigh. Still nothing. "Karkat please awnswer me. I know your upset but please just talk to me. I'll help you through this okay? I love you please kitkat just open the door for me." I begged him for a good half an hour until I heard a thud come from his room.
My eyes widen as I banged against the door eventually I broke the lock and ran in. My eyes widen upon seeing something truly horrific. Karkat's body hung from his closet, a thick red line of blood dripped from his neck. I covered my mouth in complete shock before running up to him and removing the noose from his neck and holding him close. I was too late. He layed in my arms lifeless. His body was as cold as ice. His once bright cherry red eyes were shut for the last time. I kissed his pale lip and started crying. "Karkat why... why are you leaving me like this!?" I yelled between sobs holding his lifeless body close as possible.
I ran my hand down his pale freakled cheek before kissing his head. Only wanting to turn back time. To stop this from happening. I layed him down onto his bed before finding a note on the table I opened it up and began reading.

'DEAR, WHO EVER IS READING THIS, WELL YOU MIGHT AS WELL HAVE FOUND MY BODY AS WELL BUT THAT ISNT THE FUCKING POINT. I WANT THIS MESSAGE TO GO TO DAVE STRIDER. MORE OR LESS MY MATESPRIT AND BEST FRIEND... WELL FUCK DOWN DO I SAY THIS DAVE EVER SINCE THE DAY I MET YOU I FELL HARD FOR YOU. AS A FLUSH CRUSH WOULD AND IM SORRY FOR WHAT I DID. I COULDNT LET ANYONE KNOW I WAS A MUTANT BLOOD AND I FEARED IF YOU FOUND OUT YOU WOULD WANT TO LEAVE ME. WELL IM SORRY ONCE AGAIN. IF I COULD TURN BACK TIME I WOULD BUT THATS TOO LATE NOW THS GAMES ENDED. WE CAN STOP PRETENDING THAT WE ALL IN A VIDEO GAME...THE POINT IS DAVE I LOVE YOU SO FUCKING MUCH AND I WILL ALWAYS BE WITH YOU. DONT WASTE YOUR TEARS ON ME. DONT SPEND DAYS TRYING TO GET OVER ME. JUST STOP AND MOVE ON. I CANT WATCH YOU SUFFER SO MUCH, YOU MEAN THE WORLD TO ME. AND I WANT ONLY THE BEST FOR YOU, I LOVE YOU DAVE AND I HOPE WELL MEET EACHOTHER SOME OTHER DAY.

i held the note close looking at Karkat's necklace that was laying next to the note and grabbed it placing the necklace on my neck and keeping it close. "I-im so sorry Karkles this is all my fault your dead!" I cried out as I layed against the wall eventually falling asleep.

Well its been 8 years since Karkat passed away and I still havent gotten over him life everyone else did. Every day it tore me apart even more just thinking about it. I couldnt take being without him.

3rd persons pov-

Dave sat in his room his heart in his hand as he made up his mind. He wanted to be with Karkat again. He reached for a hand gun and held it to his head before softly smiling. "Ill see you soon Kitkat." His golden locks fellip into his eyes before placing his index finger on the trigger, the scarleted eye boy breathed softly before closing his eyes. As his finger pressed against the trigger.
His breathing softened before...
