No Turning Back (Luke Brooks: Janoskians Fan Fic)

Chapter 22

It’s been 7 months since I moved, 7 months since I found out I was pregnant, 7 months since I’ve heard anything from Luke, or Jai. Beau, Daniel and James text me all the time, I found out the Janoskians are coming to Chicago in a couple days too. Beau got me tickets for the concert and backstage passes. Beau is the only one that knows I’m having Luke’s kid too. I’m taking my friend Taylor, when I moved here she greeted me when I moved here. She is my neighbor and we’re really good friends now. I’m taking her to the concert with me too.

I know what you’re thinking; does she get bullied at school? The answer is no, because I don’t go to school, I’m home schooled for that reason and to help my uncle. He went back to work a week ago and is doing great. I am also in my junior year of high school and I already turned 17. My dad knows I’m pregnant, he wasn’t too happy but he is behind me 100%. I’m going to move back to Australia after I have the baby, I found out I am having a girl. I am going to keep the baby but I don’t know what I’m going to name her.

“Alex! You have people here!” my uncle yelled.

I got off my bed carefully and went to the front door; there stood Beau I stood there in shock “Beau?”

“The one and only” he smiled and I hugged him, it’s been too long. Beau and I have gotten really close since I left and he is my very best guy friend. “Alex how are you doing?”

We walked to my room, it was small yet roomy. It had light green walls and I had a queen sized bed in the middle of my room with a white dresser and a desk matching it. I had a TV on my wall too. I sat down on my bed and Beau sat in my mushroom chair. “I’ve been better clearly”

“Does Luke know?”

“I wrote it in the letter but I don’t know if he knows, because he never called or texted.” I laid down on my bed.

“You know he dated Zoe right?”

My mouth fell open and tears very on the verge of pouring out. “I do know now, I know Soph and Jai aren’t dating that there just friends but I didn’t know about Luke.”

“Well he broke it off a couple days ago, she was cheating on him for a really long time, and I think it was 4 months, best part is it was with Tyler.”

“What best friend he is” I mumbled “wanna meet my new best friend?” I smiled.

“Whatever makes you smile, because you need to smile more hun.” He laughed and gave me my phone.

“Shoot is it the 25th?” Beau nodded “fuck I have my doctor’s appointment in 10 minutes, I’m sorry.”

“I’ll go with you if that’s fine with you, have you been going alone the whole time?”

“Yeah every time for the past 7 months and that is totally ok with me if you come but we have to leave now” we got up and I grabbed my keys, I got a new car so it’s baby save.  I got a small navy blue Chevy cobalt, 4 doors of course and I love this car. “Can you drive Beau? I’ll show you the way.”

“Of course, no problem” he helped me into the car as I waddled. “Are you sure you can go to the concert tomorrow?”

I nodded, “yeah I’m only 7 months, and I have another 2 months I’ll be ok.” The baby kicked and I laughed because it feels so incredible every time.

“What’s so funny?” Beau asked as he drove to the doctors.

“My baby kicked and it feels really cool and it tickles when she kicks.”

“You’re having a girl?” I nodded and smiled “what are you naming her?”

“I don’t know yet, I was thinking Talon Grace or Orion Taylor, I can’t decide yet” I looked out the window.
