Jealous Kat

Alex's POV

I was staring at Kat as she paced back and forth around the room while fiddling with the fidget spinner.

"You are jealous" I stated.

"No I am not, why would I be?" Kat squeaked.

"I know when you are lying" I said with a small smile.

"Me and jealous? AHAHAHAHAHAHA......Yes." Kat fake laughed but turned serious.

"I bet they are just really good friends, you know like close friends" I said.

"NO ONE CAN BE CLOSE TO HIM, HE IS MINE!! ONLY MINE!!" Kat shouted.

"Whow possessive much? You almost sound like Xavier" I said still shocked with her outburst.

"I am so sorry I sound paranoid but I get jealous, I get mad because I love him and another girl can easily steal him away from me" Kat said as a frown formed on her face.

"But yeah, you are probably right we are mates after all and he would never do that to me" Kat sighed.

Kat's POV

Alec came running into the room while laughing .............Hannah followed him in, chasing him. My heart instantly dropped at the sight of them chasing each other and laughing........They looked so happy together.

"Kat! Hey I was looking everywhere for you" He said as he gave me a quick hug. I was happy that he was looking around for me, it showed that he cared a bit but when he hugged me it felt different because whenever we hugged before it would be filled with love like he meant it, I could feel each and every spark created at the touch of our skin. But now I felt like he wanted to rush somewhere else like he did not have time to hug me...he had something much important than me.

"I came here to tell you that I and Hannah were going to the shopping mall because we need to catch up. I haven't seen her in a long time..........so is it okay with you?" He asked.

"Sure! That is a good idea, you should go" I said with a fake smile.

"Thanks bye" Alec rushed within seconds as pulled Hannah's hand. She giggled and ran with him. He just forgot about me in a second.

"I missed you so much" Hannah said as she jogged along with Alec while laughing. It hurt me like a knife stabbed through my heart.

I made sure that they were completely gone then I screamed "friends?!" at Alex.

"Maybe really really close friends?" Alex nervously laughed.

"You know what she is much better for him. She is really very beautiful, with eyes that represent the depths of the ocean and long silky brown hair which is a thousand times better than mine. Alec deserves someone better than me." I said as tears threatened to fall.

"No that is not true, he loves you. She's not better tha-" I cut Alex off.

"Leave" I plainly said.

"But-" I cut her off again.

"Please don't make this any harder I want to be alone for some time"

She did not move but stared at me in shock. "Leave please" I pleaded; she nodded her head understandingly and left the room while closing the door behind her.

I was still sitting there, I closed my eyes but a tear escaped. I hid my face in my hands as I silently cried.

Hey! I am not one of those chicks who cry OH HELL NAH. I said to myself.
