Well hello! The uploads will probably be less frequent on this story. (which I am very sorry for) But when it is my Spring Break (in two weeks) and summer I will be able to upload a lot more often.

"So we're really leaving." I said to Dyllan. He nodded. "Don't forget to visit me."
"We will." I said smiling. Life without Dyllan seemed weird. He had been a big part of Braden and I's life but now we had to go back to Atlanta. We still had two more weeks before our Junior year of high school. (oh joy)
Braden had mentioned to my parents that he wanted to drop out of school this year. I knew it took him a lot of courage to actually tell them this but they did not take it very well.
So we were both going back to school in two weeks. Where had the time gone? The only actual good thing about leaving Seattle was leaving Makena and Tony behind.
So naturally, on the last day I had to get my revenge for all the hell that she put Braden through. I went into her room and shredded up all her clothes by cutting it with scissors and then I put more bleach in her shampoo. Braden happily helped me out.
And so that brings us to today, on this airplane headed home. I am sitting next to Braden and my parents are somewhere in the front.
He is safe and doing better. His nightmares have rapidly decreased but he is still far from normal.
He put his arm around me and smiled. I smiled back.
"I love you, you know that?"
I giggled. "Yeah, I had an idea."
He looked down, blushing and slightly biting his bottom lip. He wasn't used to someone in love with him. The feeling was kind of new to me also. I never really had a serious relationship before Braden.
"Awe you guys are so cute!" Someone suddenly said. Braden and I spun around, faces red and wondering who the fuck was talking to us.
Well...it was a boy. He looked about our age, maybe a little older. He had bleach blonde hair and blue eyes like Braden.
"Holy fuck Braden is that you?!" He said.
"Seth?" Braden said suddenly.
This dude named Seth beamed wide, showing off his white teeth.
"Who's this Brae?" I asked, curiosity getting the best of me.
Seth play-punched Braden.
"You didn't tell your girlfriend about me?!"
Braden shrugged. "It never came up."
Seth glared at him, the same glare Braden always gave us when we first adopted him.
He reached out a hand to me. "I'm Seth, Braden's cousin."
"Half-cousin." Braden corrected.
"Whatever dude. Anyway I saw on the news what happened Braden. I was flying out to go get you but I couldn't find you. And it looks like you've got plenty of help." He said winking.
Braden turned bright red.
"So dude, what happened to you? Like I haven't seen you in years. I heard about your asshole parents. Absolute psychopaths."
Braden just looked down. I took it as my chance to explain the situation.
"Damn...." Seth said. "The amount of shit they put you through is unbelievable. Come here." He gave Braden a weird-looking bro hug.
"Dammit woman!" Seth said suddenly once his phone started ringing. "Don't talk to me like that Seth!" A voice of a girl said through the phone.
"Look, it's a bad time, I have to go." Seth said.
I couldn't make out much of the conversation.
"Ah sorry you're breaking up." Seth said before hanging up. Then he turned to Braden.
"Bitches man." He said. I couldn't help but laugh and I saw Braden smirk.
"Which one?" Braden laughed.
"Adalynn." He said. Braden just nodded.
"I gotta take a piss!" Seth announced to pretty much everyone on the plane before disappearing.
"So he's related to you?" I said.
"Sadly." Braden joked.
I laughed. "Well he seems pretty cool I guess."
"He's kind of a man whore." Braden said. I laughed.
"Attention everyone, we will be landing very shortly." The flight attendant said.
We were going home.
