They can't know we don't have Wolfs bane in our system. It'll make the escape easier if they underestimate us. I Just need to find a way out of this cell and I think Avery can help us.
Okay sounds like a plan, so I'd heal the night before we leave, we get out of the cell and then make a run for it
Yeah only we should probably not shift the speed and being fully healed should be enough.

Before I forget how are you? Are you fully back and stuff?
I'm pretty good, considering the circumstances. I think I'm fully recovered from the wolfs bane.

Night Kata
After my conversation with El I get comfortable and went to sleep hoping to save my strength and put my plan into action the night after tomorrow.

The next morning I get woken up by some shuffling outside of my cell. Raising my head ever so slightly so I can see the person, to find Avery there with a plate of 'food'. Now fully awake I crawl over to her, hoping to put my plan into action and get some food. "Thank you for yesterday"
"There is no need to thank me you helped me and I returned the favour." I told her honestly "Speaking of favours, I hate to ask this but, is there any way you could get me the keys to the cell" The moment I finished her eyes turned from frighten to determined as she thought.
"There is a chance I can get them for you, but you'd have to bring me along when you escape."
"Deal"
"Good, I have to go, eat the food I'll come back later." With that she left, leaving me to think about the best way to get both of use out safely. My mind formed a basic plan but still a plan it was enough to comfort me into sleep for a bit.

Avery's POV (Surprise)
I walked over to the cells were Kata was so that I could give her, her food. The cells where a grungy half above ground half underground area about 3 km from the pack house. It was brown with flecks of green on it and 3 of the 4 sides where shaped like a hill to 'conceal it'. But in reality it looked like this out of place odd coloured strange bump in the middle of nowhere. A nod my head in greeting to a guard that's patrolling just outside. Opening the door and walking down to Kata's cell. As i'm walking in Kata is waking up, when she sees me she comes crawling over. She's all bloody and bruised and I feel the need to thank her a thousand times for taking the blame, but I guess Once will have to do. "Thank you for yesterday"
