I can't believe him. He had the nerve to cheat. How could he? Did I do something wrong? "Kata, wait, please let me explain."
"Explain what how can you explain this."
"I..I.. It didn't mean anything"
"Of course it didn't! How long has this been going on?" He was silent "This isn't the girst time is it Jason?"
With his head bowed down in shame he replies in no more then a whisper "No"
"When did it start? Did it ever even stop?!"
"No it didn't I'm sorry, Kata I just... This is... just the way I am. I'm sorry I like you I really do, but" he trails off.
"But I'm not enough." This can't keep going on. "I think we should breakup."
"No please give me another chance. I'll fix it. Please you need me."
"Don't need you."
"How will you survive?"
"I'm sure I can find another man who can help me." I notice a man sitting on a bench looking at his phone. I go up to him and say "Hi, I'm currently having an argument with my soon to be ex- boyfriend and I was wondering if you found a single girl like me walking around if you would ask her out?" I mouth to him 'please agree with me'
"Yes I would in fact since your boyfriends now your ex would you like to go on a date with me?" He winked at the end. I hope that means he's helping me. I turn back around to Jason.
"See I don't need you." He just storms off and I turn back yo the stranger. "Thanks for that, I'm Kata." I say dirrecting my hand for him to take.
"I'm Alexander" he says as he takes my hand. Sparks shoot through our hands and all I say before I bolt is 'No'.
I run to Jason's house. I have to leave this can't happen again. I bolt up the stairs and pack up bags for me and my baby. Allison comes upstairs with my baby girl in her arms. "Kata what's going on?" She looks super worried but I can't tell her the full truth.
"Jason cheated on me and... I.... I just can't stay here. I'll move out of town and find a job. Thank you so much for helping me with Avery I'll make sure we come visit at some point." I give her a big hug and take my three year old Avery into my arms.
"I'm so sorry. I wish their was more I could do to help."
"Hey Allison, don't be sorry I'm just not the right girl for him. I have to now. I'm sorry." I grab the two giant duffle bags and sprint out the door to the forest.
I strip out of my clothes and stuff them into a duffel bag before shifting and helping Avery sit on my back. I grab the two duffel bags in my mouth and run for it. I can't have another mate. It's not going to work.

Alexanders POV
I finally got some time off alpha duties and decided to roam around town for a bit. I found a nice bench to sit atand I pulled out my phone so I could find a nice book to read. Once I found one I got seteleted into reading.
Maybe 20 minutes later I hear arguing coming from near by and look up to see what was going on. There were two young adults yelling at each other. It seemed as though the man had been cheating on his girlfriend. Humans don't seem to be able to treaure their partner, it's really sad, though the same thing sometimes happens in the werewolf world. I just wished I hadn't argue with her. Maybe she'd still be here. Not wanting to intrude or be reminded anymore I try to go back to my book but am soon interrupted. Wanting to help her out I responded with "Yes I would in fact since your boyfriends now your ex would you like to go on a date with me?" I winked at the end to let her know that I was going to help her.
She turns to the other guy and says "See I don't need you." the guy stormed off and she turned back to me "Thanks for that, I'm Kata" she says as she directs her hand for me to take.
"I'm Alexander" I say as I take ber extended hand. I freeze feeling the sparks run through my hands. She whispers 'No' but before I can even comprehend what she said she bolted. I stood their for a second longer before I bolt after her, but it looks like that second was all she needed to run from me. I couldn't see her anywhere, she had to have had a previous mate or be a werewolf to be able to know what the sparks mean.
I want all routes to in and out of the city blocked including the forests. It seems I've found my second chance mate but she's run. I don't know why, but I want noone leaving this town check every vehicle and show me the faces of every female through my phone and if it's a wolf with no scent stop them immediately it migbt be her.

I wonded why my mate ran from me. I hope she won't reject me. I sigh and look all the pictures and replay 'not her' or 'next' to all of them.
Alpha there a she-wolf at the edge of town just before pack territory we can't catch a scent from her.

When I get their I see her with a child in her arms avoiding all my pack members around her.

With that said I say my mate being sedate and one of my pack members grab her before she falls. The child is struggling in my beta's grip, wanting to go to her mother. I go over to the child and my beta passes her to me. "Hey sweety, I know your mummy, my name is Alexander. I need to talk to her but she ran."
"Why?" she asked in her cute baby voice
"I don't know. Would you like to come play at my house while mummy takes her nap?"
"Pway?"
"Yeah come on let's go play."
Can someone bring my mate to the pack house and put her somewhere where she can't escape when she wakes up.
