It had been a week since the two agents had begun their shifts at the bar. While Viktor had met several interesting men and women who talked to him either drunk or sober, Yuuri got to know some of the strippers who worked with him in the club. One of the strippers was a guy named Christophe, or as they called him, 'Side Bitch 1'.
He was one of the top strippers in the club, and he was well known for also taking in the customers with kinks. Yuuri definitely noticed Christophe could tolerate pain pretty well, which was probably why customers respected him, even off-shift.
Another stripper that worked there was the infamous boy, Otabek Altin, or his alias "Black Cat". Out of all the strippers, Yuuri believed Otabek was the most ominous, but alluring stripper there. He was pretty good at his job, but he seemed to be kind of out of it in a way, as if he didn't want to be in this business (not like Yuri could really blame him though). In contrast, he'd still act nice to customers and give them what they wanted.
There were also other strippers who worked there such as Mickey and Sara Crispino, who did their routines together, a strange guy named Georgi (or "Witch") that Viktor seems to know, Seung ('Raven') who seems even more closed off than Otabek, and a smaller kid named Guang (or 'Cutie Pie'), who workers just refer to as "Cute".
As of this week, Yuuri has become one of the top strippers of the club, due to him being new and his feminine routines. He'd finally reunited with his former pole dance instructor, Minako Okukawa, who was surprisingly in this town teaching ballet to younger children. She had taught him how to dance before he embarked on his case with Viktor. Speaking of the case, neither of the agents had gotten very far with finding any suspects or new keys to the trade that occurred in the club. They'd interviewed the managers, the servers, and even the strippers, but even that didn't seem to ring a bell.

At the moment, it was Monday and the two agents had the shift off to meet with police and talk among themselves about evidence. They only agreed to meet the police to scold them about their decision not to close off the club and their oddly unreasonable excuse to further investigate the area even though the FBI had it covered. After the strange encounter, the two decided to head back into their hotel room.
Yuuri watched as the older agent rested his chin in the palm of his hand, his blue eyes deep in thought. Yuri sighed, running his hand through his black hair.
Suddenly, Viktor spoke. "How is it that the police are so willing to look at the area, but can't even close it off? Talk about shitty ass cops,"
Yuuri shrugged, feeling Viktor's stare burning his body. "What do you know? Cops aren't all they're made up to be."
"Mm, true."
Silence ceased in the room, Yuuri nervously rubbing his forearms.
"Viktor?'
"Hmm?"
"Has anyone in there you've talked to seemed ominous?"
Viktor paused a moment, taking a second to glance at the younger boy. "Not really...if anything, they've seemed to have more drama going on in their lives than the Kardashians."
Yuuri sighed. "Now's not the time for crappy jokes, Viktor. We need to get leads sooner or later."
"Why so quick? Cases like these aren't solved within days."
"Says the agent who cracked that impossible case in the last two months." Yuuri muttered, rolling his eyes, but shrank down when he saw Viktor glaring at him.
"Well sorry, I seem to have skill, Yuuri."
"You should be sorry about that smart mouth you've got too-"
"Okay, look!" Viktor interrupted, his voice slightly louder. "This may sound selfish, but I've got a damn good reputation to keep. It could easily be destroyed if we don't s-"
"No Viktor!" Yuuri cried. "I understand you're stressing over the fact that we haven't gotten that far into the case, but this is a lot harder on me than it is on you!"
Viktor groaned, running his hands through his uncombed hair. "How can it be hard on one little financer? You have nothing to lose here!"
"You don't know that!" Yuuri put his hands to his face, finally regaining his composure. "Viktor, not all cases are made to be easy. Certain criminals do certain things so it takes longer for us to find anything on them. It's simple common sense! Just because you're made out to be a prodigy doesn't mean everything you do will be easy!"
Viktor sighed, sitting next to his partner on the bed. "I-"
"Viktor, if we're gonna solve this case, there needs to be commitment," Yuuri began, "We need to stop acting like little kids and get this done. We can't work if we can't get along."
"Thanks, Captain Obvious." Viktor muttered, chuckling.
"This is exactly what I mean, Viktor," Yuri put his hands on his lap, "Please be mature and work with me. I don't care how small I seem to you. I don't care if we stop talking after the case either. Just please."
Silence ceased in the room for a moment. Viktor took his hands out of his hair and finally looked at the male before him.
"Fine."
Yuuri smiled at him, which caught Viktor by surprise a little. Yuuri had only frowned, smirked, and was just neutral around Viktor. Viktor couldn't help but admire Yuuri's genuine smile. Viktor almost smiled himself, but cut himself off.
"Don't get ahead of yourself. I'm still here to brag about how cool I am!"
"And he's back," Yuuri remarked, rolling his eyes again, but this time, his lips were curved into a small smile.
Viktor got up and turned to face Yuri and stuck his hand out. "Deal?"
"Deal."

"Damn, he's such a good dancer..." Rick sighed to himself, watching Yuuri strut around his stage and move his body to the beat.
"Mhm," was all Viktor muttered. By now, he'd gotten used to Rick rambling on and on about Yuuri. He knew Rick has a bit of a crush on Yuuri, but he'd never really taken matters into his own hands for it. It wasn't like Yuuri was his anyway.

The night shift had just ended for the employees in the club, and Everyone noticed Guang had been missing since his shift ended. Some were looking for him and Viktor and Yuuri had gotten concerned. As of this moment, he was nowhere to be found.
"Do you think he could've just gone to the bathroom?" Viktor asked, a bit impatient about dealing with this new situation of finding Guang, on top of their present case.
"He's been gone for an hour," Yuri remarked, pacing around Viktor's bar.
Georgi suddenly burst through the door, making everyone look up in surprise. Sweat was running down his forehead and his mouth agape.
"Georgi?" Viktor cautiously approached his friend and placed his hand on his shoulder. Georgi let out an almost inaudible squeak at the physical contact.
"Georgi, did something happen?" Viktor asked almost soothingly. Yuuri was relieved Viktor hadn't lost his shit yet due to the amount of stress he'd been going through.
Georgi finally seemed to regain his composure when he heard Viktor's voice. "I...I found G-Guang..."
"Where?" Viktor asked. "Please Georgi, we need to know."
"The l-l-loun-" Georgi began to sob loudly, grasping onto his friend.
"The lounge," Yuuri muttered.
He began speed walking and heard a clatter of footsteps behind him, but he couldn't care less. As soon as he'd stepped into the room, he stepped back quickly, putting his hands to his mouth in horror. He almost couldn't hear the loud shrieks behind him. He stares at the lifeless Guang, who lied on the floor, blood dripping out of his slit throat.
