Ziah's POV:
~after the meeting~
I stand up from the chair I was sitting in for like 5-6 hours straight.
I adjust my skirt & Zoe grabs my waist
I smile & the other co-workers stare at us in disgust
Zoe flips them off & I hide my face in embarrassment
"Where are you going tonight?" She asks me raising a eyebrow
I smile at her
"To the studio." I say smiling like a idiot as we walk to the exit doors.
She smirks
"The studio that Nate has kept hidden from us for months?!" She ask me wiggling her eyebrows
I nod
"I'm finally going into his mancave" I say smirking & she smiles
"Jack texted me last night..I still haven't answered him back." She says
"Zoe..do what you do your other booty calls..meet up with them at random clubs & hook up for the night." I say looking at my phone & she grabs it out of my hand
"He's not like the others..he's different" she says blushing
"You don't really have feelings do you for him?" I ask her wiggling my eyebrows
She nods & I gasp
"I mean I think so..it's a feeling so foreign. I can't comprehend it" she says
"It's called love." I say giggling
"Can I come with you to the studio?" She asks me & I nod
She's never been to the studio...so I can only imagine what it's gonna be like for her.
It's been a while since I last went to the studio.
I leave Jasmine with Nate at home & he takes her to the studio.
So really I haven't actually brought her to his studio..
But today I wanted to come to see what is he cooking up..
But the reality is..I'm visiting him for many reasons.
One being he hasn't answered my calls before the meeting started & second being I'm a bit insecure about a new girl..which may I add..is a bit younger than me.
Maybe a year or two but it still worries me.
Me being a mother now it's a struggle to look presentable & sexy for Nate.
But with this lively free spirited girl in the studio with him.
There's only a few more guys with him which is his friends.
But they leave occasionally to pick up things & that leaves them alone.
All of this is brewing in my mind & I can't take it.
"Zi?" Zoe says snapping me out of my thoughts & I smile faintly
"What's wrong?" She asks me
She must've noticed how I drifted off into orbit mid-sentence.
I look at the floor
"It doesn't matter now..Let's go," I say & she nods staring at me weirdly...
~at the studio~
Of course I hate being dressed in my work clothes while being in here.
But Nate wanted me to come just the way I'm dressed.
I sit down on a small little couch that's near the booth.
I cross my legs & I feel eyes on me.
I can't help it but blush a little.
As a girl who's showing way more skin isn't getting the attention I'm getting.
Meanwhile the only thing that's shown is my legs & maybe some of my thighs.
My skirt is mid length & it flows a bit.
I move a piece of my dark brown hair away from my face to see clearer & I see the boys watching the tv that's in the studio itself.
I hear someone clear their throat & I turn around to see the girl behind me
"That's my seat" she says rudely & since the boys are so wrapped up watching the tv screen.
I look at her with a cocked eyebrow
"Your kidding right? There's literally a couch across from me." I say rolling my eyes & I stay sitting down
She scoffs & shoved me out of my seat.
"HEY DID YOU NOT HEAR HER?!" Zoe says
"Stop please" I mouth to Zoe
I fall onto the ground & my skirt goes up in the process..
Swazz quickly covers me & helps me off the ground.
Nate still in the studio recording & I hear chuckles behind Swazz.
I see her with her arms crossed
She starts slowly clapping her hands
"Congrats. You got them wrapped around your finger" she says smirking
"For now." She adds & smacks Swazz's ass.
He stares at her weirdly & she winks at him
He hugs me
"Your okay right?" He asks me & I nod
"I'll get rid of her if you want me to" he whispers in my ear.
I shake my head when I see her taunting me while she's behind Swazz.
"Hey let's play a game" she speaks up & I raise a eyebrow
"Let's play a game of strip poker..only whoever gets the highest card doesn't get to take off a article of clothing..but the person who has the lowest card has to take off a article of clothing" she says
"Umm..idk if Ziah wants to-" Swazz says but I interrupt him
"Actually let's play." I say smiling deviously & I shove her out of the couch
I sit down & I cross my legs as a smirk forms on my face
She gasps & looks at me
"Let's play." I say repeating my own words & she nods
Nate walks out right as she sits down & smiles at me
"Hi gorgeous.." he says & I stare at him
"Where's Jasmine?" I ask him sternly
He smiles & sits next to me
"She's asleep in the spare bed." He says pointing to a random room thats across the studio itself.
"Is she safe? Where did that spare room come from?" I ask him all at once
"Yes she's safe. I have security cameras built in there & I built it just in case if I stood late here writing songs. I could sleep over here with Jazz" he says & I straddle him
"You know you could come home also" I say wrapping my arms around his neck
"I wouldn't want to disturb you when your asleep..especially when you look so cute asleep" he says & pecks my lips
I hear someone clear their throat
"We're here guys" Swazz says laughing & I blush
I hop off of Nate & we start the game..
~during the game~
Nate slams his card on the table & its 8 of hearts.
We all stay silent & he raises a eyebrow
"Worried?" He says smirking & the girl who I have yet to know the name of btw.
Slams her card down & it's 7 of spades
"What? Damnit!" She says & after everyone places their cards down
I look at my card & I try to conceal the smirk that wants to come out
"Ok..my turn" I say & slam down my card
Ace of Clubs.
Everyone in the room gasps & stares at Swazz.
Who got 3 of Diamonds.
The lowest card & he sighs loudly
He stands up & takes off his denim jacket
"Who needs to wear a jacket in the middle of July anyway Swazi?" I ask him smirking
He flips me off & I laugh hard
We go another round & this time I shuffle the cards.
I gather all of the cards & I move the deck around.
I'm careful to shuffle it perfectly & place it down on the table.
We all pick up one & Sammy throws his down
"Aha. 6 of Clubs." I say smiling & Nate goes next
He throws his card down & it's 8 of Diamonds
The girl goes next & she seems to smirk
She throws it down & I hear everyone gasp
"Oh dear. 4 of Hearts" I say smirking & I realize it's my turn.
I'm so happy at the moment.
I throw my card down & its 9 of Diamonds
Nate giggles
"Only one more ahead of mines" he says pointing to his card
Zoe looks at her card & places it down.
"5 of Clubs"
"I'm sorry dear you have to strip" I say looking at the girl
She rolls her eyes & stands up.
She takes off her shirt & it irks me inside.
Since now none of the guys can focus when she's in her bra.
But as if fate planned it.
The game comes to a halt when company arrives & it's for Zoe.
Zoe stands up & I purposely scramble all of the cards up.
Making the game come to a end & I leave the room with the girl yelling at me.
while I walk down the hallway & follow Zoe to see where she is going..
I hear muffled cusses coming from the wall..
I roll my eyes & I see a fancy car pull up.
Zoe turns off her phone & the car door opens revealing..
Jack.
Jack with a smile plastered on his face & I hear her giggle.
I can't hear what he seems to be telling her & she climbs into the car.
The door closes & the car drives off..
They are back together?..
