Why do you believe in this project?: I believe in this project because I believe in there is more than one story to tell. And as people of color, we are not given an opportunity to tell our stories. This and other websites help us show people stories of different cultures and communities. I want this project to be a collection of those stories.
Anything Else: There is this quote from one of my favorite speakers. "Are you creating to feel special or are you creating to make change?" This question is what I think of when I always write/do something. And I want whatever I do to have a result of change.

Favorite Book(s): I may be Non-Fiction Editor, but I love Sci-Fi novels. Cinder, The Darkest Minds, The Young Elites, Fire, and Wither are some of my favorite books.
Wattpad Hobbies: Usually I'm lurking around on the Threads or reading 'Undiscovered Gems.'
Favorite Show(s): 9 times out of 10, I watch the News Channel. TV isn't really my thing. However, I'm literally obsessed with DIY videos on YouTube.
Why do you believe in this project? : Growing up in a predominately white area, I struggled a lot with my self-esteem. Too often, I heard more negativity than positivity surrounding my race. I believe in this project because I don't think POC are given enough of the positive recognition. With this magazine, I hope to help share everyone's perspectives.

Why do you believe in this project?: I believe in this project because there are many works by and about POC that go unnoticed. It took me years to find any media that respectfully represented people of my ethnicities; I want to make diverse media more accessible for other POC. I applied to be the poetry editor because poetry is such an untapped genre on this website. I want to prove to people that a poem can convey just as much as a full novel.
