Among many things, Steve enjoys to do Yoga. He is quite flexible to begin with, but to keep himself bendy, he does Yoga.
He knows that there are some things he can't do, he doesn't push himself too far. He has learned from that mistake. One sunny morning, Steve was out on the front porch getting ready to do some yoga with Juliet. Unfortunately, Juliet's definition of Yoga was to stretch before curling up for a nap and maybe watching Steve do Yoga.
Steve got on top of his blue tinted foam mat and laid on top of his stomach. Placing his two front paws next to his chest, he pushed his front half up bending his back at a 90° angle.
He didn't want to push too far back for he was already feeling a burn. The little grey lemurcat twitched his tail as he rolled over to his side before rolling onto his back.
Taking in a deep breath, he began to stretch his body to the sky. His tail shot straight up as he tried to stretch his tail muscles at the same time. Without using his paws, he would lift his front half up and bring it to his tail. Forming a curve, he would feel a slight burn. Not thinking he had done it right yet, Steve began to push himself more. He began to feel good before the worse had happened.
Snap! Crack! Gwah!
Steve heard his back crack as he became stuck in a "V" shaped pose. It was all he could do to hold in his tears for the pain was too much for the little lemurcat. He then fell to his side and laid their for a moment. Juliet stared at Steve, she was unsure how to react to him. She had done the right thing by deciding to get their human to help Steve out of his pose.Ever since that day, Steve no longer pushes himself to the point of breaking. He never wants to have the same pain that he had then. Although there was one good thing that happened while he had been recovering, but that's another story for another time.
The End.
