Coriander, also known as Cilantro or Chinese Parsley, is an annual herb in the family Apiaceae. All parts of the plant are edible, but the fresh leaves and the dried seeds are the parts most traditionally use in cooking.

Coriander is a wonderful source of dietary fiber, manganese, iron, and magnesium. In addition, coriander leaves are rich in vitamin C and K, and protein. they also contain small amounts of calcium, phosphorous, potassium, thiamin, niacin, and carotene.
