Chapter 13

Kim Tae's POV

"I'm glad that this went well." The president says, interrupting my thoughts. I look over at him before bowing slightly. "Good job, everyone. I will see all three of you tomorrow. Everyone should rest for now." He says with a small smile before he walks off with his secretary. I look over at Ho Beom and the new manager before smiling. "So, what should we do now?" I ask, trying to break the silence. "Well, you should change first. I'll then drive the both of you to the dorms so you can rest and Wook Il-sshi can see the route." Ho Beom says with a sad smile. I sigh some before bowing to the both of them and heading back to the dressing rooms. I quickly change before saying bye to Yoon Hye and walking outside to meet Ho Beom in the van. As I close the door behind me, I see both Ho Beom and the handsome Wook Il smile at me from the rear view mirror. I could get used to his smile... I smile widely back at them before Ho Beom drives off back to school.

Throughout the drive, there was a slightly awkward feeling in the air. "We're here." Ho Beom says kindly. "Thank you. Rest up, both of you. I'll see you guys later." I say with a small smile before getting out of the van. I wave at them as they leave before sighing some. Tomorrow is going to be Ho Beom's last day... I slowly walk up to the dorm building before getting in the elevator. At least we will get all the time to be sad about it since school is on winter break. I walk out of the elevator before going to my door. I begin to punch in the code until I see Taehyung open his door. I smile at him before walking over to him. "You going somewhere?" I ask with a small smile. "I was going to walk you to your room." He says with a timid smile while rubbing the back of his head some. I blush a bit before rubbing his hair. "Were you lonely?" I ask while laughing some. "I just wanted to make sure you were safe." He says before opening the door again. "Want to come in? Jungkook is actually in your room doing who-knows-what with Jimin." He asks with a small smile on his face. I nod before entering the room. I can finally relax from being a guy for a few moments.

V's POV

"How did the press conference go?" I ask as we walk over to the couch to sit down. Kim Tae sighs some before smiling. "It was fine. I just can't help but feel that this is all my fault." She says quietly. "You know it's not your fault. It was just an accident." I say while petting her head some. She looks at me with a sad smile before yawning. "Sorry. I didn't get any sleep last night." She says while laughing quietly. I look away to hide the embarrassment on my face. Come on, man. You need to be brave now. She's going to be yours... "You can use my l-lap if you want." I say quietly before slowly turning my head to look at her reaction. "T-Thanks..." She says shyly with a small blush on her cheeks. Cute~ I then watch her lay on her back and put her head on my leg while looking up at me causing blood to rush to my face. "I'll be going to sleep then. Don't try anything sketchy." She says with a small smile before closing her eyes.

After a few minutes, the only thing that could be heard was the sound of our breathing. I look down to see Kim Tae's peaceful sleeping face causing my heart to start pounding. I'm going to wake her up at this rate... I unconsciously start to gently pet her head causing her to move closer towards me. I smile before closing my eyes.

"Tae Tae, wake up." I hear quietly. I slowly open my eyes to see Jungkook in front of me. "It's almost dinner time." He whispers. I look down to see Kim Tae still sleeping with a faint smile. I begin to smile widely causing Jungkook to laugh some. "You're so strange." He says before walking away. "Leave me alone, Kookie. If he doesn't wake up by dinner, just go by yourself." I say quietly before I begin petting Kim Tae's head again. "I was planning on it." He says back before going into the bathroom. I focus down on Kim Tae again before slowly leaning down and kissing her forehead. Did I just do that? I quickly sit back up again, fanning myself lightly. "It's really hot in here." I say under my breath. Jungkook walks out of the bathroom and looks at me before shaking his head. 'What?' I mouth while glaring at him. He rolls his eyes before jumping on his bed. I sigh. He's still in his angst years. Endure it. I begin to feel some movement on my lap to see Kim Tae slowly open her eyes. She looks up at me before smiling widely causing my heart to beat faster. She sits up slowly while rubbing her eyes and yawning. She's the cutest thing I've ever seen. I'm sure of it.
