Chapter 20

J-Hope's POV

"Ya, what do you think they are doing in there?" I ask Jin nervously as I pace around the room. "Something indecent? Maybe he's forcing himself on her..." I say quickly before stopping to look at his expression. Jin sighs loudly as he crosses his legs. "HoSEok-ah... yOu'VE beEn DoINg thIs fOR a fULl hOur noW." He says slightly annoyed. "If you're that worried, go back there and exude your dominance or something. Worrying like this will not help anyone, especially not me." He says before getting up and walking towards me. "Hyung~" I whine loudly. Before Jin could turn back at me to say something, our phones buzz simultaneously. I take my phone out to see that Kim Tae texted our group chat telling us to come into the hall. I look up at Jin before we walk out of our room.

The other members were already standing by their rooms, mostly half-awake and yawning. I look over at Kim Tae before relaxing to see her in a better state. "I'm sorry for troubling everyone. I suppose the stress of work plus mistakingly seeing the rapist had caused me to freak out. I really do sincerely apologize." She says before bowing to all of us. "Ya, Why are you apologizing to us like that?" Yoongi says as he rubs Kim Tae's hair lightly. "We're just glad that you're okay..." Jimin says as he leans against the wall. Kim Tae and I make eye contact before I look away. I look back slowly to see her smiling at me. I swallow slowly before clearing my throat. "I-I'm glad you're okay." I say quickly. She laughs quietly. Cute... "Please rely on us more. If something is bothering you, you can always tell one of us. You know that, right?" Namjoon says gently. Kim Tae smiles widely before nodding. "I know~ Thank you so much for being there for me..." She says sincerely. "Ya, we'll always be here for you, no matter what." Jungkook says before pushing her playfully. "Thank you, really. I'll see you guys tomorrow." She says with a wide smile. We all nod while smiling. "Good night, everyone~" She says before going into her room with Jimin.

The rest of us look around at each other with worried expressions. "I hope he's not forcing himself around us..." Yoongi says sadly. "All we can do is watch over him. Just don't be too obvious about it." Namjoon says. We all nod slightly. I really hope she's okay...

*1 month later. Give or take a few days. *

Kim Tae's POV

The members all make their way over to the lounging area to take a break from practice. "You're getting old, hyung~" I tease as I throw a bottle of water towards an exhausted Jin. "Yeah, yeah..." He says as he angrily takes a chug of water. I plop down on the couch in between Hoseok and Taehyung. "Ah~, I'm tried!" I yell before putting my legs on Hoseok's lap and my head on Taehyung's lap. "Is that comfortable for you?" Hoseok asks while laughing slightly. I laugh quietly. "Of course~" I look up at Taehyung to see him shaking his head as he strokes my hair gently. I move closer to Taehyung by instinct before I take a swig of my water. "Ya, Hoseok. How much longer do we have to keep practicing?" I ask as I stare up at the ceiling. "Until we get it right. You do realize that Run is not an easy song, right? And don't 'ya' me." He says slightly annoyed. "I joke, bud. But we've been practicing this song almost everyday since the last concert. Are we ever going to go on a tour or do a fan sign or something idol-like?" I ask as Taehyung continues to stroke my head. Before Hoseok could respond, the door opens to reveal Wook Il.

I sit up quickly and brush off any lint on my clothes. "Are you going to do that every time you see him?" Taehyung whispers. I smirk slightly before nodding as I look out of the corner of my eye to see Hoseok's reaction. He was glaring at Wook Il slightly causing me to smile. "How is everyone today?" He asks with a wide smile. Everyone mumbles out a 'good' or 'fine'. "How energetic~" He says with a sarcastic laugh. "I have good news for you anyway!" He says with suspense." Everyone leans in slightly with a sense of interest. "You guys are going to be attending a fan sign and meet up~" Wook Il finishes. I look at the other members before bouncing up and down in my seat. "I must be able to predict the future~" I say under my breath causing Hoseok to scoff quietly.
