Chapter 4
After I had gotten used to him bugging the crap out of me, we then became very good friends. He was then the only friend in my new school i ever trusted. In a way, i suppose you could say...i was beggining to develop feeling for him. I knew he wouldn't feel the same way about me though.. So i ignored those feelings towards him. As the year went on, I had many "friends" you can say that would talk to me now and then. One of those friends was Irvin. I still seemed to have an interest in him that had grew since the first day I met him. He was tall with glasses and was a huge nerd. For some reason, I had always been fond of nerds and loved their attitude. I then tried to talk to him more often and began becoming even more attached to him.

Chapter 5
One day when i was sitting next to him, i had asked him "What would you do or say if someone liked you?"
He responded quickly asking "Who likes me?"
"Um well just anwer the question"
"No tell me who likes me"
So i got up and walked away. Many other classmates of ours had already made fun of me and him and asked us several times if we were dating. Of course he said no and I said no, but secretly i really wanted to say yes. One of my friends a couple of days later told him i had liked him and he walked up to me and told me
"If you ever like me, I will never talk to you again"
"Ok.." Was all i could say.
Once again...I was rejected..i then ran home crying, texting my only best friend Alonzo, telling him what had just happened. He told me not to worry because he was a prick after all. Even though Alonzo had told me that..for some crazy reason..I still had deep feelings for Irvin..

Chapter 6
"I wish these feelings could go away" I kept telling myself. The next couple of days, me and Irvin completely stopped talking. We saw each other but never greeted one another. There was a great emptiness between us..for a long time.. One day he walked up to me and said sorry but i ignored him, pretending to be mad. After that i sorta moved on, but still having a soft spot for him. Months went by while he just gazed at me from time to time. I thought for once he ended up having feelings for me, but it had already been to late.
Once the last day of school came around, Alonzo and I talked about what were we going to do over summer and how much we would miss spending time with each other. By this time, Alonzo already had a girlfriend,Lanette, who was a very sweet girl. I became very sad that i really had no one to talk to over summer. As summer went by Alonzo and i kept in touch,talking about the newest games that had just came out. Then all of a sudden i recieved a random message from someone. It read:
"Hey! How's it been Melissa! Yeah you probably can guess who this is"
It was...i couldn't believe it but it was... Irvin
