Fix a Heart

* Hoseok's POV *

I heard the sound of the alarm ring, indicating that it's time to get up. I lazily reach for my phone, holding it in front of my face and swiping to turn off the annoying noise. The phone fell straight on my face before I could comprehend that it slipped through my fingers.

"ouch." was all I could say while my phone slid off my face and onto the floor.

Welp, there goes the screen. I didn't even bother to check if the phone had a crack, not caring, I pulled the sheets off of me and walked into the bathroom.

Great way to start the day.

After taking a shower and getting dressed I hear my name being called.

"Hoseok! Hurry and eat breakfast before you head out!"

My mom always makes sure I have something inside my stomach before I leave. I head down the stairs and walk into the dinning room. I sit down and eat some pancakes. Once I'm done I kiss my mom on the cheek goodbye and head out the door.

Today is my first day at my new school. We were only about 3 weeks into the school year before my mom suddenly decided that it was time for a 'change of scenery' I didn't mind that we moved, our new house is a lot bigger and the neighborhood is a lot better, I love making new friends too. However, I am a bit nervous on how my first day will go.

I continue my walk for 5 more minutes before I stand in front of a building, most people call it hell but I just call it school.

I walk in feeling anxious, I have no idea where anything is. I need to get my schedule from the office but instead I stand in the middle of the hallways looking around like a lost puppy.

Some random kid who is seems to be younger than me notices me looking around and comes up to me.

He's a handsome guy, blonde hair, beautiful brown eyes that look like they could do no harm, he gives me a box smile making him look child like, precious.

"mmm you look lost, new kid?"

He asks with a smile, he looks so... innocent.

"Y-Yeah... I guess it's pretty obvious huh?"

I look down, embarrassed by the fact that I probably looked like an idiot

"Nah, well... a little. I'm Kim Taehyung by the way, you can call me Tae if you'd like"

He gives another boxy smile and extends his hand out. I stood there awkwardly for a second not knowing what to do since not many people do handshakes.

After a couple second I take his hand and lightly shake it.

"Jung Hoseok" I say returning the smile

"Nice to meet you Hoseok. Could I call you Hobi? It fits you"

I feel a blush creeping up on me due to the nickname I was given

"S-sure. Um.. where's the office by the way?"

I say finally looking up from the ground to meet his brown eyes.

"Oh yeah, follow me"

He starts walking away and I quickly catch up to his side. It doesn't take long until we reach a door which he opens and tells me to go in. He rushes out the door as soon as he heard the bell, yelling a quick "See you soon!" before he disappears.

After getting my schedule I head down the halls to my classroom, I had biology with Mr. Nam.

I find my classroom and quietly knock on the door, it opens and shows a man, assuming he's the teacher I say

"Hello Mr. Nam. I'm Jung Hoseok, the new student" I give him a bright smile and he gestures me to come inside.

As soon as I step in, all eyes are on me. I felt embarrassed. God...don't they have anything better to look at? Go back to your books or something.

"Listen up class, this is your new classmate. Introduce yourself" Mr. Nam says from behind his desk

"Uh, Hello, My name is Jung Hoseok, I'm happy to be here, I hope to make new friends. Take care of me" I bow

"Thank you Hoseok, take a seat in the back"

The only open spot I can see is next to another male... an attractive male, what's up with this school and having a lot of good looking men?

I sit next to the man who has visible ink marks on his arm and snakebites on his lips, he senses me staring and turns to look at me.

"You know, pictures can last longer" He eyes me up and down than looks away

My eyes widen and my face instantly turns red. I mumble a quick 'sorry' and turn to get my books out.

I managed to get through Biology without making myself any more embarrassed than I already was. I also realized that the guy I sit next to in that class is in almost all my other classes too.

He has a mysterious kind of feeling to him and I can't help but feel somewhat drawn to it.

I walk out of my 3rd period, not expecting to find Taehyung in front of me.

"Hey Hobi! You should sit with me and my friends at lunch" He smiles, does he ever get tired of smiling, it's quiet adorable though. I give him a bright smile and nod.

We walk into the cafeteria that is filled with many students, along with a bunch of chattering.

Tae and I get in line and start grabbing our food. I start to follow Tae to his table when I suddenly slip, I manage to get my balance back but, my food did not survive the fall.

I hear gasps, confused I look up and see that my food is being worn by the handsome guy in almost all my classes. He stood still with milk and spaghetti all over him, he slowly looks up to meet my gaze and I can see nothing but anger in his eyes.

My eyes widen when I saw how ruined his clothes were. If looks could kill, I'd be six feet under right about now.

He launches himself at me only to be stopped by another male.

"Yoongi don't. He didn't mean to"

The other man says.

Yoongi.... what a nice name.

"Get off Kook! And you. watch where your fucking food is flying to"

I bow down several time, frantically apologizing

"Sorry, I'm so sorry! I s-slipped and di-didn't see you. Let me help y-"

Yoongi grabbed my wrist harshly before he spoke

"Don't ever go near me. Got it?"

He let's go of my wrist and storms out.

"Saying that only makes me want to get closer..." I say, not loud enough for anyone to hear.

What a great start to the first day.

Sooooo, this is probably pretty bad, it's my first like real fanfiction so please be patient while I try to figure out how to write better lol.
