School was finally over and to say that Hoseok wasn't happy was probably the biggest lie anyone could say. Hoseok headed out the school doors and walked into the outdoors, it was cloudy out showing signs of rain, it was a gloomy day which Hoseok hated, he enjoyed when the sun was out and shining above him and the birds were singing their songs happily, as if there was no worry in the world.

He skipped down the sidewalk heading home, he was aware of the weird glances he was getting but he didn't care, he wanted to show people that even if the weather was crappy that it didn't mean that they had to be like that.

After a few minutes of talking to himself and skipping, Hoseok arrived in front of his new home. It was pretty ordinary, a light baby blue painting on it, a white fence around the house and flowers almost all around the garden, knowing how much his mom loved the scent of flowers, Hoseok didn't mind them being there either, he loved laying down in the backyard, surrounded by flowers. He debated if that's what he wanted to do later in the afternoon or greet the neighborhood instead.

After finally deciding that he would go around greeting the neighbors he walked inside and set his shoes on the side of the door, he closed the door behind him and walked into the living room, he was greeted by his mom with a tight hug.

"Welcome back sunshine! How was school?"

He was released by the hug. His mom held on to his shoulders waiting excitedly for his response. Of course no mother would want to hear that he already made a possible enemy. He looked at her and gave her a bright smile. He avoided her gaze while he said

"Great mom. I made a new friend" he chuckled while watching his mom do a little happy dance. He knew he got his personality from his mother. He wondered how his mom never seemed sad, his dad was always out on business trips, some lasting two days while others were for months. However, his mom's smile never seem to disappear.

"That's great honey! Oh! Sit down, I'll make you dinner" She turned around and opened a door which lead to the kitchen.

After awhile Hoseok heard his name being called. He walked into the kitchen and ate the food that was set out for him.

As soon as he cleaned off his plate he got up and went towards the door and put his shoes on.

"I'm heading out mom! I'll be back in a bit" He yelled out whilst opening the door

"Okay sunshine! Have fun! Stay safe. Love you!"

He let out a small laugh and replied with a quick 'Love you too' and then headed out.

He walked door to door greeting everyone, he made sure to shake hands with all the people he met even though some were a little reluctant.

He walked off the porch of the house he was visiting and looked ahead, he saw that in front of his house were a couple of apartment complexes. He decided it wouldn't hurt to greet the first floor at least.

Hoseok walked into the apartment's, he was a little confused that these apartments didn't have any ringers in the entrance, most apartments would, for security reasons. Now that he looked at it, these apartments didn't look so safe, the walls were chipping and there were used cigarette scattered around the floor.

Ignoring how sketchy it was he walked through and knocked on the first door. Room 101. He waited for a few seconds until the door was opened revealing someone he never expected to see.

"Y-Yoongi?"

* Hoseok's POV *

I stood there, frozen, the guy I spilled my food all over was standing right in front of me giving me a confused look mixed in with shock.

"What are doing here clumsy?" he sounded annoyed.

I watched as he rubbed his face in frustration.

"I...I uh didn't know.. um. I-" I mentally slapped myself for stuttering so much

"Go back to where you came from" Yoongi was getting ready to close the door when I quickly shouted

"Wait! I...look, I'm sorry for earlier, I was hoping we could be friends, you seem like a kind guy" and a cute one I mentally added.

I put my hand out for him to shake and he stared at me in disbelief.

"I look like a good guy? Really? No offense clumsy but I don't really want to be friends. Sorry, bye." and with that he slammed the door on my face. I couldn't help but feel somewhat hurt.

I didn't understand why he felt the need to be so cold. Was it me? Do I make him uncomfortable? Am I not good looking?

I walked back home feeling a little upset, all that changed when I saw puddles outside.

It rained! Yay!

I stepped in the puddles splashing around, my clothes would be getting wet but I didn't mind, I was having the time of my life.

* Yoongi's POV *

I watched him jump around in the puddles outside. He looks like such a kid.

I couldn't stop the small grin that was forming on my face.

How can someone look so innocent?

I lied to him, I want to get close to him, it's something about the way he's always smiling, the way he always looking out for others. But I couldn't allow myself to get so close to someone.

I would only hurt him, I sleep around, I drink, I ignore other's feelings, I don't want commitment. Plus, I have this chick who is very much into me and I like the way she acts in bed, I can't just give up my way of living for an idiot who doesn't know how to walk.

I'm sorry Hoseok but you need to stay away from me.
