MARSHCLAN

marshclan's camp rests between two intersecting streams, hidden by an expanse of reeds, and most of the ground about them is marsh, hence the clan's name. they also have patches of forest at their either side, and thus the clan hunts not only fish, but also the standard forest faire

OAKCLAN

oakclan's camp can be found in amongst a tightly-woven clump of oak trees, hence their name, it's cats found resting between branches and, in the case of the nursery and elders den, in the hollows at the base of the trees. they mostly have forest in their territory, so enjoy the usual forest faire, but prefer to track down birds resting on high branches

SUNCLAN

sunclan's camp is mostly underground, beneath an expanse of great, red, rock, in tunnel-like structures. they are named sunclan as the clan spends most of its time resting above its home, warming their pelts in the little sun there is to offer. they enjoy the usual forest faire, as most of the territory around them is covered with forest

BREEZECLAN

breezeclan's camp is found under a gathering of gorse bushes and bracken, protected from the elements in what little shelter their territory has to offer. their territory is the most open of the clans, and save for the occasional tree, there is little to hide prey. they mostly hunt rabbits and the occasional fish, and other animals that have strayed from the forests of the other clans territories

MED CAT: Petalfur - calico she-cat with a ginger tail and green eyes

a/n I would like to make a note that these clans are based, roughly, in Ireland. Keep in mind that, while I am partly Irish, I do not live there, and so not everything may be accurate. I do however have a basic understanding from trips we've taken there, and have done hours of research about the flora and fauna that reside there. Please do not feel that you need to point my mistakes out - unless they are spelling or grammatical errors - as this is simply something I'm taking on to get back into writing after near-on two years of writers block that I'm really struggling to get through. For those of you who are really curious about whereabouts this takes place, Balleyseedy Wood is my main inspiration (it's just out of Tralee, where we stay), alongside some of the national parks we spent time in. The constant rain there was the inspiration behind the name, of course.
