She's going to be mainly sunset colored with blue accents on jewelry
She or he is an animus, hence the to be glowing eyes
She's also queen. Because normally an Icewing animus is royal

Rainwing, rainbow, games, floral
It's a mischievous dragonet who loves playing games and tricking others, has a flower crown (of course) and vines wrapped/growing around her horns blooming into the flowers, aaaand her underbelly (?) is going to be rainbow
