Peter walks home. Out of other days, where the sun barely made any appearance, today is the day where things that makes him confused happens.

When Sarah explained everything, he seems unbearable. It looks like everything is normal. He didn't think Sarah weird, although he never found anyone like her. Sarah can read mind? Sarah knew what he'd done? Everything? Sarah knows Lotie and hates Mr Stark? Peter doesn't know where do these came from, and they are a lot to take in. He thought by taking a walk home will help him figuring out. However he was wrong.

It is very hot, not just sunny. The heat doesn't only burn his callories, but his skin even the part where covered with cloth. The hotness, the sun could boil a pot of water, he thinks. It could also cook an egg. His skin would melt if he stays under the sun longer. But hos house was still far away. He could afford to run.

When he arrives home, a familiar Audi is already there, parked at the curb. It is orange, shiny, and as cool as new. Although it is not the silver car Mr Stark drives like yesterday, but it is still recognisable especially when STARK is on the license plate. Everybody would eventually know to whom the car belongs to. Mr Stark doesn't like his life private.

Peter usually always gets excited to get home, to meet Mr Stark, to get ready for the session with him. Being discovered by Mr Stark is one thing. Being offered to upgrade his Spiderman suit is another thing. Going the next level, where Mr Stark wants him to join the Avengers is not just a thing but the best thing that has ever happened to him, especially that Mr Stark is his mentor.

But today seems a little bit strange to him. Maybe it is because of Sarah, again, and that Sarah knows Lottie, again. Maybe in his head today is how to make Sarah help him approach Lottie. He has been wanting to do that since he knew Lottie. But he doesn't have the gut yet. He doesn't know if he's afraid that Lottie to think him as stalker; or if he's afraid that Lottie will runaway as soon as he says hi to her. It also can be the awkwardness. Peter doesn't know.

He enters his house after unlocking it. For sure, Mr Stark is already there, sitting in front of the muted television, talking casually with Aunt May. And Mr Stark is not alone. He is accompanied by someone today. The same thick, dark brown hair is unmistakably his daughter. With Aunt May in the picture, they could look like a family.

"Peter!" Aunt May greets him. "We were just talking about you. Were you on detention? You're home late today."

Peter sighs. "No." He throws his house keys inside a glass bowl, heading straight to his room.

"You better be quick Parker!" Mr Stark's daughter shouts from the living hall. "We've waited for you for ages! You have wasted our time!"

It is annoying Peter everytime Mr Stark brings his daughter to his house. She always gets under his skin, always makes him feels like punching her square in the face. Her smile, her eyes, her facial expression, whatever she says are always hurting him. The only reason why he hasn't beaten her yet is because she is a Stark. And he is not that dumb to take the risk.

Peter groans, rolls his eyes as he changes his clothes. He takes out his Spiderman suit inside his schoolbag and throws them inside another briefcase that is specialised for his Spiderman suit.

     "Just a second!"

Half an hour after that, the three of them are in Mr Stark's car, heading to New Avengers Facilities. Despite what had happened to him today, seeing Mr Stark he feels fine again as if there have nothing happened. He only wished Mr Stark didn't bring Jessica, becuause that particular girl only makes him on fire everytime she talks, really doesn't help him, really testing his patience.
