"Hey I have an idea what if I could get you some wings" Tate said I looked at him confused" wait how" I asked him "I'm the Devils son duh". "okay let's do this" as I turned around I could feel his hands on my back and soon I could feel something happening then everything went black. "Em you okay" I woke up to the sound of Tate's voice "what happened Tate?", "you just blacked out" he replied I quickly realised my wings and as I looked over I saw nothing "where are my wings?" I said looking at Tate. I could see the look in his eyes change "I tried but nothing happened" I could feel my heart stop so that's it I won't have wings ever again.
I broke down and cried it's just that, nothing good ever seems to happen for me and as I was thinking about this I could hear a distant conversation "I can't believe we did that Hanna, but what happens when God finds out?", "oh don't worry we all know that God would believe me more than her". My anger exploded I screamed at the top of my lungs and everything began to shake Tate just stood their with a horrific face he bent down in front of me and said " i heard what you heard" how can someone be so evil Tate said something that now keeps coming in my head.
"I'm so sorry Emily but I promise you this I would do anything for you..."
