I had been waiting for this day to come for four years. In a few hours it came and went, but it was an important time in my life. It was the end of one life and the beginning of a new life with different problems, worries and joys.

My mom was there, excited and cheering for me because I had made it. I wanted Robert to be there too but he said he couldn't come because he had some work and also cause he could be mobbed easily by the crowd. I was dissapointed a bit but then let it go soon. He was right anyways.

It didn't take long for the ceremony to get over and everyone threw their caps in the air screaming and shouting but not long after that everyone had tears in their eyes because of the sadness of saying goodbyes.

Mom left early but me and Grace stayed for some time to meet all the teachers and pals for probably the last time in our lives. Nobody knew what the future held but everyone expected the best. Even Grace knew she had to go to California for college but I still had no idea what I would do.

"Grace I don't feel quite well, I need to get home!" I said to Grace who was busy talking with her friends. It was already 6 in the evening. I missed Robert and wanted to see him. I couldn't focus on anything else except for him. The thing Grace said the other day was still wandering around my head about our relationship status! I'm still not sure if me and Robert are a couple or not!

"Are you okay Stace?" Her eyes showed she was worried.
"Yeah I'm okay! I just wanna go home that's all." I smiled to assure her and she nodded.
"Okay wait a minute, I just have to make a call and then we can go!" She said and excused herself. Who is she calling? Is she asking someone if we should leave or not? That's weird.

Grace talked to whoever it was on the phone and came back looking...excited? "What's with all the excitement dude?" I asked her with narrowed brows.

"What excitement?" She shrugged, a wide grin visible on her face.

"I know you too well baby!" I said and we walked to her car and drove off. She turned on the radio and we both sang along to our favourite songs. I noticed Grace took a turn totally opposite to the way of my home.
"Hey you took a wrong turn!" I looked at her and she was still smiling as if she intentionally did that.
"Just wait and watch!" is all she said with a wink leaving me to worry.

It was a totally an unfamiliar road and seemed like I've never been here before. I decided to keep shut and look where she's taking me. The car took a hault in front of a skyscrapper. It looked magnificent with its beautiful structure. We hopped out of the car and I couldn't stop admiring the huge building in front of me. Hearing someone cleared their throat, I looked down from the building only to see Robert standing in front of me smiling. I looked at Grace and she was smiling as well. I was totally in confusion as to what was happening.

"So she's all yours now Robert! And you're welcome." Grace winked at him and got to her car without saying anything else. I looked at Robert still in utter confusion and he offered his hand for me to hold with the killer smile on his face. I swear I could just die right at the place. Taking his warm strong hands into mine which by the way fit perfectly together and he took me inside the huge building and into the elevator.

"Hey" he said whispering, his hot breath hitting my ear sending chills down my spine. My body shivered a bit as a reflex and a smile crept on my face. "Congratulations for graduating babe!" He continued and kissed my cheeks.

My face turned a light shade of red. Does this man have any idea at all that the little things he does unintentionally makes me go weak in my knees? He probably does. "Thanks Robert! But why are we here?" I asked narrowing my eyes.
