Its been a month since me and Kelly started dating... Everyone is happy for us and I like that.. we started our day off as usual I ate breakfast then I went into Kelly's office where he was I was sitting on his bed when he lifted me off it and kissed me he said "I'm gonna go get changed ok?" I nodded and said "ok" when he was getting changed I stayed in his room.. I heard gunshots I looked out the window and saw nothing then I heard commotion I saw like 5 people with guns in the firehouse I hid under Kelly's bed thinking what to do I took my phone out to find it dead I groaned I then saw Kelly's talky on his desk I quietly grabbed the talky and said "squad 3 to main 1013 possible hostage in firehouse 51 I need immediate backup"
"Main to squad 3 are you in a safe location"
"Squad 3 to main I'm in a good location"
"Main to squad 3 OK help is on the way" I was putting the talky back on the desk when it fell I tried to catch it but it hit the ground one of the gunman looked in my direction I hid back under the bed when the door opened he picked up the talky and put it on the desk "yo whoever is in here come out or I'll shoot your ass" I stayed silent he bent down and saw me under the bed " oh look who we got.. a bad girl" he pointed the gun at me "get from under the bed" I took a deep breath and I got up he put the gun to my head and brought me to everyone else the gunman said "we got another one" the guy looked at me and smirked the gunman kept a grip on my neck and pressed the gun harder on my head "leave her alone" my dad said the gunman chuckled I looked at my dad then with all my force I grabbed the guy and pushed him away I kneed him in the stomach and right when I saw about to punch he tackled me to the ground and put the gun to my head "nice try princess" I got mad and said "what did you call me!" I pushed him off me and when I stood up he shot me in the stomach I gasped and fell to the ground Hermann got up and said "what the hell! How could you shoot a kid" the guy was in shock Hermann came to me and pressed hard on my wound to stop the bleeding I groaned in pain as he did my eyes felt tired "keep your eyes open kiddo" I cried out in pain "It hurts I can't anymore"
"Hey hey your a firefighter OK you fight your gonna make it through this"
I nodded "y-your right i-i can make it uugh" then everything blacked out

Hermann's pov
"What happening to her" the guy that shot her said "she's having a seizer" I said then Emily gasped for breath then she stopped breathing I felt her neck and said "no palse not breathing starting compression" I started cpr "if she dies that's murder 2 of a firefighter you'll fry in prison"I heard chief say.
After 5 minutes of cpr she finally awoke and was breathing.

After a while I faked a heart attack they sent me and em out side "Hermann Hermann can you hear me" Dawson said I got up and said "it's ok I'm faking it I'm faking take em to the hospital she is suffering a gun shot wound in the stomach" they nodded and took her to the hospital

When the police got the gunman's we all rushed to the hospital "Emily Borden family" we all stood up the doctor said "it was a successful surgery but she did fall into a coma would you all like to see her" we all nodded

Severide pov
We entered Em's hospital room and I immediately started crying she looks so weak and frigile I pulled up a chair and grabbed her hand.. after a while everyone left me here and I stayed the night before I went to bed I said "please don't leave me Emily I love you" then I fell into a deep sleep
