Chapter 18

I felt my heart in my throat.

Taylor liked me? I didn't see the signs. He flirts with everyone and is well.. Just Taylor.

He jokes around all the time and I never thought he was serious.

But he's supposed to like Aubrey.

Taylor is cute and has a great personality but I've never seen him as more than a friend.

People deserve chances though and Taylor is amazing. I should atleast give him a chance and see where things go.

Nash never asked me out. We were just talking.

It wouldn't be cheating because sadly Nash and I were never together and probably never will be.

This is now and Taylor is right in front of me.

The funny thing about this is I never realized what I was looking for was right infront of me.

I am going to give him a chance and see where this takes us.

I picked up my white iphone off of the carpet and opened my texts.

"Sure." I texted Taylor.

"Taylor: really?? I really like u Addi." He responded almost immediately.

"Learn to spell u lil shit.(:" I texted him.

I tried to make things not awkward and just be casual about it.

I wonder how Aubrey will react. She likes Shawn too though. Hopefully she won't take it to harsh.

I should tell her.

I walked into her room and saw her sitting on top of her bed.

She has her knees pulled up to her chest and looked up at me through tear filled eyes.

"What?" I asked, my voice hoarse.

"Don't play with me. You knew I liked Taylor. You fucking knew!" She said aggressively.

"I'm just giving him a chance, plus you like Shawn." I tried to defend myself.

"Leave me alone." She said and dropped the subject and pulling the big duvet over her head.

I sighed and left her room.

I stayed up a little texting Taylor.

"Taylor: so I'm not your side boo anymore?"

"Me: no, you are still. Josh Hutcherson will always be #1"

"Taylor:oh..k ): I thought we had something special"

"Me:nope I was just using you for food."

"Taylor:what about my sexiness."

"Me:your what?"

"Taylor:goodnight.have dreams about me."

"Me: will do. Night."

I sighed and set my phone on do not disturb.

I shut my eyes and quickly fell into a deep sleep.
